Our family took a trip with friends so we had multiple rooms that I'm able to include in my assessment. Our room had a broken bed frame, mystery stains on the carpet and blankets and it did not appear that the carpet had even been vacuumed. We were told that housekeeping would be cleaning the room and would be extra towels but that never happened. The only good thing about our room was the water pressure in the shower. Friends of ours stayed on the different floor where they had dogs barking on and off most of the visit. Another friend on a different floor found a used condom in a drawer. The breakfast was okay, it usually took asking them to restock in order to get items filled. The morning management team wasn't great but the lady I met with in the afternoon was wonderful and helpful. It also appeared that the couches in the reception area is a place where the workers nap in their downtime. Often the front desk was not managed because they were all outside smoking. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again or recommending.…
Nice hotel for the purpose of allowing us to be close for skiing the next day. Friendly staff and clean rooms with a nice small breakfast in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening as well.
Issues with AC, filter had not been cleaned in a while. Room smelled like wet musty carpet. Constant dripping faucet. Staff deodorizer for us which helped but eventually smell returned. Staff very friendly.
This was a great stay. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I have stayed in this hotel for over 20 nights. I also have had many of my employees stay here as well without a single complaint. Any time i am in this area I will definatly be staying here again. There breakfast was unbelievable. Many choices and hot everyday.
Do NOT stay in this nasty hotel. The rooms stink of cigarettes and body odor. The bed is hard as a rock. The drain on the shower was broken. The breakfast was nasty. Management is extremely unprofessional. We planned on staying two nights, but canceled the second night. Although we followed their 24 hour cancellation policy, management refused a refund and refused to explain why. Asked to speak to the manager over the phone and the manager said “no.” The pictures online look nothing like the hotel in person. This is NOT a hotel that you want to take your family to.
This hotel refuses to honor their cancellation policy. They also refuse to let me speak to a manager or the owner. I cancelled my 2nd night 24 hours in advance but they say since it was prepaid they will not refund the room. We did not stay the 2nd night but were still charged. The room stunk, the drain was broken in the shower, the door to the bathroom needed WD40 and was so loud the neighbors could hear it. The breakfast was nasty. Cold biscuits (not even in a warmer), no bowls for cereal, no cups for juice. Pictures are very deceiving.
Sheets had black streak stains, ants were all over, desk chair back support was broken, bathroom sink way over pressurized and dropped all night long and not a big deal but there are no options really regarding breakfast for gluten or pork allergens.
The desk staff was friendly and apologetic when we had to have her re-key the room card 3 times, telling us the locks were due to be replaced soon. I wasn't able to find anything on the website about the pool and sadly we didn't have our bathing suits. It sure did look inviting. Good value for the money. Quite a selection for breakfast. Those hot waffles really hit the spot.
Deadbolt did not work, staff not concerned. TV remote did not work, staff said all like that, need to have comcast come reset. Did not clean room 2 out of 4 days, believe they only cleaned because I stopped by the front desk the other 2 mornings to make sure they were going to clean it.
Honestly you think if you’re paying $150-200/ night at a hotel that it would at least be clean but not this place. There was mold growing all over the windows. I shocked the shower head actually worked with as much corrosion it had on it. The bathtub had not been cleaned and looked as if someone peed all over the wall. The hair dryer was broken and a fire hazard. Breakfast was interesting. You could choose from egg that had brown pieces all in it and it was floating in water, you could have sausage jerky that I can only assume should have been a patty, a burnt biscuit or shelf item. Fruit loops would be the only choice of cereal or you could have a bagel with plain cream cheese. So we chose the last option, waffles. I’m certainly appalled that is spent $400 for 2 days a hard bed and a waffle.…
