Just 250 metres approaching the resort is bad, bumpy ride. Loved being there. Great hospitality by the team.
Made us feel confident and give feel good as the staff contact us before reaching there guiding us the location map and tourist spot nearby to resort, it help us to plan day activities.
Anandhu was helpful giving guidance on tourist spot planning. The resort has a giant vertical map at the entrance of the front desk, that is good. Mahesh was helpful and other staff also.
Meals needs to lace order before like for lunch order around 10:30 , 11 am and dinner before 6:30pm. Serving is very less hence makes the food pricey, good taste.
The cottages are builts on the hillslope if you are traveling with senior citizens plz aks it before booking, your preference else you will end up walking on the steps.
Every night 9:30 bonfire is there with music, my family had thrilling experiences.
For us Minibar was not in working condition so had to use resturant kitchen. DG switching when power goes off can be faster. Rooms are spacious. Guys you can give a try as we loved the overall experience.
Buffet breakfast is good, neat and clean.

Been this property last week with family. Extremely happy to share our experience. Great ambiance and location which will make our stay calm and quiet. There is a good playing area for kids and a badminton court too. The infinity pool is a different experience where you can enjoy with family. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. No worries about the accessibility. Google map location will guide you perfectly and the roads to the resort is convenient for all vehicles.

My husband and I came for a week long stay during monsoon in July 2022. We were both slightly unwell , my husband being quite unwell. I have no words to describe how far and beyond the staff went to care for us, EACH and every staff member!! They were personally suggesting things locally consumed to help with cold, made several food and drink items like Kanni ( rice porridge) , spiced coffee etc. Vipin , the manager brought us medications , took us personally to the hospital and made sure he stopped everywhere we wanted to in the way to simply buy supplies. He was available even at odd hours to help us out, so were all the other staff members. Our stay was phenomenal!!! It’s a beautiful location, one of a kind in Wayanad, near a lake which is rare to see there. The rooms and the resort ambience is fantastic too. The service is mind blowing , they catered to all our random Kerala food requests and always surprised us with the beautiful flavours. We were also working on our trip , the wifi is also quite good, the staff made sure our request was met well for wifi. They helped us with the sight seeing and cab hires , even when our personal purchases failed as our cards were international. My Belgian husband fell in love with Wayanad, Kerala, it’s food, people and culture because of our lovely and warm experience at this resort, so did I!! If you are planning a stay that is beautiful, warm, homely yet far away from all the hustle and bustle with the most magnificent scenery , surrounded by the natures beauty, do not think twice before booking this place, I cannot recommend this resort enough!!

I have been to this place last week and it's an awesome experience staying there and connectivity to about 10 to 15 places to visit nearby in a range of 70kms... Ambience, hospitality and Nature makes it really really god's own country. Swimming Pool, Lake View, anyplace service within the resort, hospitality makes it grate place and is value for money for both, food and stay...

Ambiance was good, Rooms were neat and clean. Pool was kept clean even if we left pool at night 9 and morning by 7 it was fresh.

My wife left her gold bracelet and ring on shelf near bed.We left the resort and were almost reaching calicut. When we came to know about the missing ornament, contacted Mr.Vipin, he went there directly to room and given the update ornament is there as it was kept.

Quiet place, good for a quick getaway from city hustle. The staff is young and enthusiastic, goes out of its way to get things done for you.
Located on the side of a lake, though the lake itself is overgrown with weeds and not accessible easily. If you do find your way there, the sunset can be a treat.
I spent only one night. The staff can organize sightseeing packages for you.
Two niggles: 1. No shower curtain - the bathroom floor gets wet and slippery 2. The lights at the badminton court stay on all night, and shine directly into the rooms.
Would I go there again? Absolutely!!
