Beautiful property in the lap of nature. Very polite staff. Very calming view. Loved it! Highly recommended if coming with family specially kids. It was my son’s first birthday and we wanted a private celebration. Mount Xanadu resort helped us achieve that. We booked a glamp and trust me the view was mesmerising.

We had a great stay at Mt Xanadu Resort. The resort is beautifully crafted on one of the top hills in Wayanad. We were four couples and stayed for two days. Two of our rooms were in the balloon category and the other two were tree houses. This was our first time staying in balloons and we loved it! The only downside was that we stayed during the summer and the balloons got quite hot during the afternoon. The AC was in powerful mode but still due to nature of plastics in balloon it was enough hot inside overall, so if you want to experience balloon living, I would recommend visiting during a cooler season. Our experience at Mount Xanadu was amazing and memorable one. Location is awesome with breathtaking views from all the rooms. Plenty of options for food available with live music at night. Super hygienic place with great hospitality. Special mention to the staff ( from security to manager) who were super helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay and great experience. Shout-out to Abhirami, Athira & Shameer for making our stay more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and plan to visit again soon!!!!

Best resort experience! The food, views and atmosphere are amazing. The staff takes excellent care of you and is ready to help. The breakfast and dinner buffet are delicious and always have new dishes to try. I will be recommending Mount Xanadu to all my family and friends, and will definitely be returning!!

They cheated us, we booked through Agoda, but when we went there, they said our booking is cancelled by system and refused is a room, they cheated us by giving a room to higher price paying customers. Don't book, they may spoil your travel plans

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.But there are no records in our visitor register of any OTA guest who came here with booking confirmation vouchers and went back without allocating rooms. Unfortunately we couldn't find your Confirmed booking details in our previous records when you contacted us over phone. But still we have investigated our Front Office, Reservation team and Online Travel Agents to understand about your booking. And when we have gone through our OTA records and found there was a room blocking happened on your name and the same has been cancelled due to nonpayment even after multiple mail reminders. But these details we found in Booking.com logs, not in Agoda. So you may please contact Agoda for further support for this booking. We value your interest on Mount Xanadu Resorts and are confident that you will provide us another opportunity to serve you.

Out Family vacation was long overdue Xanadu made the 2 days quite memorable . There where a lot of USP's for this property . While the location was the best .. the simplicity, humbleness and the always eager to help staff was something worth commending ..... All the staff ( from gatekeeper, security personnel , receptionist, service staff, chef, F&B team) everyone ensured that we where taken care of . Mount Xanadu is superb. I was on a family holiday and we were a group of 20 people consisting of adults and children. The resort is located on top of a hill and the views are gorgeous. There are various points to view the sunrise/sunset. The food is excellent. The resort does buffet for breakfast and dinner. The menu is simple and limited but everything is delicious. The resort offered a traditional meal on the day of Vishu festival and the food was spectacular. Everyone from adults to children enjoyed the meal thoroughly. We were travelling from Evolve Back in coorg, which is a 5 star property, to mount xanadu in wayanad, and beyond doubt the food was better here. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel staff is helpful.
