Convenient location for travel to IU Natatorium. The shower head had a very hard spray but building services replaced it promptly. All services were very good and the staff was very friendly. The parking garage scanner did not work for many of our entry attempts and for virtually none of our attempts to exit by swiping our room keys. We...

Awesome place. Very cool and artsy. Don't have to walk far at all for different restaurants. And just walking distance to the main streets in Indianapolis. Only bad thing is hot water in the rooms didn't last very long at all

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. Attended a professional meeting where hotel accommodations, conference spaces, and food was top notch. Every hotel staff member demonstrated an uncommon mix of professionalism, service, and warmth.

Very nice hotel central to downtown. Very good food. Updated rooms with upscale furnishings. Good staff which helped resolved a power outage issue on the first day. All of our meeting rooms were good and the overall quality of the food throughout the stay was excellent.

I visited this hotel for business. I experienced a lovely atmosphere, full of style and comfort. I obtained a comfortable nice clean room, with full bath. I tasted the food in the bar and restaurant. The bar was tasty and had great beer/drinks. In the restaurant, I tasted for breakfast and experienced an awesome variety of items and flavors.

Unbelievable value for the money - great hotel, great staff, great food!! I like that they have fresh, hot cofffee in the lobby! The room noise level can be a little load - thin walls, but it didn't affect my sleep at all.

We have stayed at the Alexander for games at both Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Arena. The hotel is just blocks from each venue and an easy walk. The service and overall experience was wonderful both times.

The property itself was great however the staff and service left a lot to be desired. I expected more from a hotel that bills itself as a luxury establishment. I had multiple issues upon check in, check out, valet service and at each turn the problems were not addressed in the most professional manner. I do not think I'll be...
