This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it NEVER disappoints! All the staff are extremely friendly. Special shoutout to Blake, Wes, and Tiffany who provided great dinner recommendations and conversation during our stay. The beds are very comfortable and it is hard to get up but the complementary breakfast is worth it. We come in for the Indiana Fever basketball games and this location makes it a perfect option for each trip! We have already booked it again!

If you happen to make a reservation for this hotel, the only parking they have pretty much is valley which costs an addition $31 a night or so. It was very nice because we just had to text this claim number and they would go pick our car up, when we dropped it off they come out and go park it which was very nice and convenient. Puts you right at the door. The stay was very nice, classy, and fancy would stay again or recommend this hotel forsure!

Hyatt's app is very easy to navigate and check-in. This location downtown Indy is perfect, walking distance to anything, overnight parking in the attached garage was amazingly reasonable and the hotel was clean. The staff was very nice.

My daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and stayed here with our club. The hotel exterior and lobby are all great, and the hotel has a prime location downtown. However, there was little detail paid to cleanliness of the rooms. The floor at the entrance of our room was filthy, my shoes were actually sticking to it when I walked. I asked for someone to clean it, she showed up with a barely wet washcloth on a swifter and wiped it down, which did absolutely nothing to clean it. There was a dirty sock from a previous stay left in the closet. There were stains on 3 of the pillow cases. The plate behind the shower faucet knob was broken so when you turned the water on, it flopped around. Very disappointing considering this hotel has great potential and most of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly.

Do NOT stay in a room facing East (Pennsylvania Ave), especially on a Saturday night. The noise was ridiculous (loud cars and loud music)! We were on the 14th floor, but the noise was so loud it felt like we were on the fist floor with our windows open, and the noise continued until 4am! They moved us to a room that faced West and that helped a lot! They offer housekeeping every 4 days, so we reminded them on our way out the 4th day that we wanted housekeeping, they wrote it down, but it didn’t happen. We returned to our room at 9:30 pm and had to call the front desk to request clean towels, since we had thrown ours on the floor that morning. One of the rooms in our group requested clean sheets for one bed, and they were told there was not housekeeping staff on duty, so they brought a set of sheets and our friends had to change the sheets themselves. They actually had to request another fitted sheet because the first one delivered looked like it had already been used (balled up and didn’t smell clean). Finally, when we did get housekeeping, our tissue box was empty (down to the colored tissues), so I pulled the box out of the cover to be sure they would replace it, and they just put the cover back on the same box with two tissues in it. We expected much better from a Hyatt Place / Hyatt House. We will definitely not be staying here next time we are in town.

Great downtown location. Easy 8 min walk to Lucas Oil stadium. Located directly across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse (Pacers basketball) Close proximity to the convention center. Rooms are very well appointed. Spacious rooms with variety of room options. Some have kitchenette for those staying multiple nights. Pier 48 seafood restaurant located next door. Offers a complimentary Breakfast bar with great selection of hot and cold options. Pivot Bar and balcony is a great place to relax and unwind. There is a fitness center with wide range of equipment available ( Treadmills, peloton bikes, ellipticals, rowing machine, Free weights) also offers lap pool all on the 15th floor. Due to downtown location parking is self parking in attached garage or valet both for a daily fee. Highly recommend valet service . Easy to get vehicle in and out with a simple text . No extra fee to go in and out . Check in service through app easy and offers digital room key option. Great option during this covid time. They do have a 24 hour market for food and beverage needs.

The staff was very accommodating. I didn't realize there were three hyatts in downtown Indianapolis. But all staff of all hyatts were helpful in finding me the correct location. Though expensive, the parking garage was in a great location and attached to the hotel, which made leaving and coming very simple. Also the breakfast provided by the hotel was quite good and had a variety of choices available for perusal.

We often stay in Indy on roadtrips since it is a good stopping point after a long day of driving. We stayed at Hyatt Place's in other areas around Indy and unless you HAVE to be downtown (like for work or an event), I'd suggest you check those out instead. It was a bit more pricey but we wanted to explore downtown this time. Overall, the hotel is what you expect if you know the brand. Breakfast was limited due to COVID and that really diminishes the value since usually, the breakfast is one of the best parts of the stay. Parking is $32 to self park, or $37 to valet. Ouch! Again, other areas outside of downtown will not charge you anything to park. It is across the street from where the Pacers play, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. Strangely, there was a lot of street racing at night that was very loud even 8 floors up. For us, there is really no reason to return to this property and there are better (and cheaper) options elsewhere.

My family and I recently stayed at Hyatt Place while visiting Indianapolis. It is in a perfect location making it very easy to walk to the sites we wanted to see without having to use a car. The breakfast offered in the mornings was hot and offered a wide variety for even the pickiest eater. There is even a balcony where you can sit and listen to music and people watch. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Indianapolis.

I do not have words big enough to praise this hotel. I was traveling by myself with a 5 day old infant our family adopted. We had just been discharged from the NICU and we were not able to leave the state due to legal paperwork needs. Unfortunately, a tornado had come through our home city of Nashville and delayed the processing of our paperwork needs (in addition to causing a gigantic tragedy). From the moment I called to make the reservation, I was given kind and accepting support. A valet greeted me as I pulled up and stayed by my side until we were settled in our room. At every turn, someone on staff was eager and willing to assist us on a day when the hotel was sold out for the night. Check in was speedy and the room was spotless upon arrival. To this NICU-anxious parent, the cleanliness was such a gift. The hotel does nor have room service, but there are a host of delivery services (including doorstop delivery for wine!) I took advantage of. The hotel does have a 24 hour area for food and beverages and near the lobby. They also have laundry and a gym. The guest services staff were amazing and answered any question I had with kindness. I found the bed to be unusually comfortable, and the room temperature was one I could fully master (it did not stop for lack of motion while we slept). I would have been comfortable staying here with our unique needs for weeks: though I am grateful our paperwork cleared and I got to go home to the rest of my family after a single, fantastic evening at this location. Thank you, thank you Hyatt team for amazing support and a beautiful stay! We are so grateful.
