There are train tracks a block from the KOA that are very active. I was awoken several times at night because of the whistles blowing. It also seems that they have seasonals staying. The trailer beside us was empty for four nights. The owner arrived and banged his trailer and truck doors from 7 pm until 10:30. It started up...

We will NEVER stop at this campground again. We were traveling through the area and evidently were the ONLY people in town NOT going to Notre Dame football. This camp took full advantage of that sports situation. Even though we have the KOA membership card (for which we paid) and were there for only a few hours this camp charged...

This was our second KOA stop. Of the five different KOA's we stayed at during our trip, this was the Shangri-la of KOA camps. We wound up with five KOA drink koozies given to us by Tom and Pat. If ever in that area again we will not hesitate to visit.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful grounds. Love the tall pines. Nice quiet at night...made a fire enjoyed the campgrounds. Amazingly clean bathrooms and showers. Missed jumping into the pool, just ran out of time. To KOA, these guys do your name proud! Short walk to a near by Italian restaurant, but they'd just finished up with a wedding and said they...

Very nice KOA. We got in late at night and the nicest man, Thomas escorted us to our site and helped us get settled in. The private showers were very nice and really appreciated the nice bathrooms. There were even hair dryers in the women's bathroom. The only complaint was hearing the trains go by in the middle of the...

Very nice staff. I was a bit confused at the gate since I did not want to block access to the gate, and I couldn't see the office from where I was. Note to others- you must park along the fence, then walk past the gate. The office is on the right. We stayed in an older, but clean cabin...

We found hosts to be gracious and welcoming. Checked in late without any problems. Very clean private showers. Train whistles did not disturb our sleep. Pool was pristine! Gelato available on weekends but we were only there on a weeknight.

Great value for a KOA and the owners & staff are the best! They helped with any issues we had and are so friendly. Free wi-fi, morning coffee and cable TV, which many other KOAs charge for. If you're looking for a campground in this area, definitely stay here!

You don't have to climb fences in in order to get to our office. First of all it is clearly marked and you can see it from the entrance as well. And yes we have a gate, so you can't pass if you are not camping here. I think it is perfectly fine to stop people climbing fences and ask...

“If you don't mind a short walk to the bathroom the smaller cabins are still quite roomy and nice for families! We often have trouble getting a hotel we will all fit in since we have three kids and there was still an extra bunk in this cabin since it sleeps 6. There is a door between the rooms that locks so it is good for mom and dad to have their own space. There are lots of choices for cabins and camping sites and RV hook-ups as well.”
