First time at a Bed and Breakfast and I must say it was great. The house was beautiful and the rooms were historic. Kim was so nice and hospitable and made you feel right at home. I loved staying there and I will be back.

My daughter and I spent two nights at this lovely inn while in Indiana for a meeting/vacation. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Kim and her family took good care of us – lots of personal attention such as offering me a cup of coffee to go when I headed out on an early morning errand before...

Kim is a fantastic innkeeper! We just adored her. There were 4 of us staying in the Heritage room. It was spacious...

Each evening I turn in my menu for breakfast: what I want, when I want it. It is a lovely, comfortable place. Every...

Found the Ashley Drake on the way to Florida from Michigan. Liked it so much, we planned our trip back home to include a return visit. Beautifully restored home with incredible detail. Breakfast made to order. Very clean and welcoming. Will stay again. Kim the innkeeper is accommodating and friendly.

I purchased a gift certificate for a one-night stay here for my elderly grandparents. Having recently moved to Franklin, I wanted them to be able to come visit for the weekend (they live about 3 hours north) and have a comfortable stay without me having to rush out and buy guestroom furniture for my house. Kim (Owner/Innkeeper) was super helpful...

This is our favorite place to stay whenever we visit Franklin, Indiana. We have been staying at this bed and breakfast for at least 8 years, 2 or 3 times per year. It'a beautiful old home that has been painstakingly restored with antique furniture and antique accessories. The mattress is so comfortable we are going to buy one just like...
