Stayed 2 nights during the week. Husband and I wanted to golf and were delighted with the on-property golf course. The course was challenging but fair and in great shape, especially since it was early in the season (April). The hotel room was larger than...More
First time staying here. Ate in the Stadium; good hamburger and club sandwich. Had aloof fun with the slots (good variety) and hubby had fun on the tables and left a winner! You do have to pay for drinks in casino, but they are reasonable....More
Checked-in at the hotel a hour early, room was ready. Room clean and roomy. Casino was clean and staff helpful. Buffet was $20.99 per person on a Thursday evening. Food cold and not the best selection. For that amount of money I expected more. VERY...More

The speedway is close. Maybe 10-15 minutes away. I don't know about a band that day but you can look on their website. The bar across from check in has had a band on Saturday nights when we have stayed. As for comps; you get points every time you stay. Not a great benefit though, you have to stay A LOT in order to accumulate anything.

In the spa locker rooms, separate men and women. I don't think the hot tub by the pool is open. They also have steam. it's a good place to shower and dress as well. lockers have combo locks you can set and there are towels, robes and some other items in addition to shower soaps. Overall a high point of a visit...one of the few.

Yes but you have to go through the smoking area to reach it. Now the smoke isn't bad, I believe they have a nice exhaust system but you do have to pass through. Also the non smoking room is small with minimal slots.
