i booked a three night stay for my parents at the resort.as this was the first time they were travelling all by themselves i was unsure so i contacted the owner Mr. Ram shankar and informed him the details of the trip. Now following is an example of top notch service. Ram comes to port blair(8hrs sail from the resort) to recieve my parents which is neither a part of the package nor his job, since they could not take the ship back to little andaman the same day he made arrangements of for my parents to stay at his relatives house although my parents wanted to move into a hotel..he truly made them feel at home. The rooms have airconditioning and a very clean envirronment. the food is extremely nice and they make it as per your needs.they help you with sightseeing and make sure you…
Is wonderful time in wild island. Manager Santosh providing good service and always in touch with us: he have organized all local tours & sightseeing. The food we order in resort as per own requirements: local staff very helpful. Beaches: are clean, without tourists. Sightseeing: waterfalls, wild white-sand beaches, wild life. Most attraction: sea-plane. You have to try it once! Accommodation: is normal, standard accommodation. Please don't expect in wild-nature 5* facilities. A/C is available, hot water - of course, not. Attention: as you travel in India: (a) you have to explain about non-spicy food (b) plan your tasks with time-gap (don't expect services sharp-on-time)
A beautiful house made of wood and glass, in a garden full of flowers... Absolutly clean and confortable... Something rare... But what touched us the most was the hospitality full of heart and simplicity of all the members of this wonderful family. We felt so good with all of you! The food was also delicious and fresh, from the garden or wild from the jungle, with this main spice of love! Thank you.
Right from information on Greenwood Island Resort to booking, reaching destination with continuous guidance and staying was superb. We were three families and were welcomed with Tender Coconut which was so huge that none of us could empty it in one go. This was our first experience such a wonderful coconut and hospitality. We never felt away from home as entire gamut of our activities were taken care completely. In fact, it is managed by the family and the driver of Jeep which we booked through the resort was also very polite and understanding. Members of the family took care our entire trip with utmost care we never believed such a hospitality far away from the mainland (India). When it come to the people and culture, Little Andaman stole all our hearts as people are very…
Staying with Ram Anand and his family was a wonderful way to sample some homestyle Andaman culture. Everyone in the family, from grandparents to kids, work hard to make you feel at home and to add as many creature comforts as is possible on this far-flung island. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the food was consistently delicious and the family's smiles are warm and genuine. Every request we made was catered to. I mentioned having a barbeque one evening, describing the barbeque concept with a crude drawing. By the next evening they had hand-made a grill, skewers and built a hearth ready to cook some fish for dinner. Briliiant! Having stayed at a couple of other places on Little Andaman previously I can honestly say this is the way to do it. It feels like staying with an…
