This "resort" is a bit tired and shabby. The menu in the restaurant was old, sticky and frankly dirty. My room was functional but there was no hot water and there a couple of dead spiders in my bed. Probably fine for a group tour...More

The customer service is second to none. The rooms were a little smaller than anticipated but it was worth it considering how good the customer services is. They bent over backwards and exceeded all expectations and the best we have received in Laos so far....More
