The rooms were dirty and the rooms smelled of ciggerates and weed. There was an old condom in the garbage, the blankets are not changed and smell as well. The staff was ok not really Customer Service. I would not go back

Let me start off by saying that I have never written a bad review before but I feel this one is warranted. From the beginning we experience horrible customer service. Both our and our friends' room were canceled, without warning, because they had a wedding and "we had made our reservations online, so those are the first to get bumped"....

Outside of hotel has broken alcohol bottles spread around. Lobby looked kind of nice, as if it had a recent update to the floor. Lobby cheaply painted. Both elevators smelled like freshly smoked weed the whole time. Carpet on our floor was very dingy. First rooms carpet was very dirty and had an outline of something that used to be...

This might be the worst hotel I've stayed in in my adult life. I have been in some dives as a broke college student, even seemed them out, but I was in no way, shape, or form prepared for this dump. First of all, the pictures of the rooms on-line are not of any of the rooms at this property,...

I was in town on a small vacation and this was the only hotel in the area that had some available rooms. Driving up, and the lobby area things look great!!! .Once I get to my floor where my room was located I got off the elevator and what I seen and smelled was horrible and once I entered into...

First of all, they were working on the hotel lobby and we were not told that when making reservations. A large group of my family was in town for a funeral. The bathroom sink had no stoppers, the carpet was dirty, the towels were inadequate and you were not given very many. We stayed there two nights and three days...

I can only speak on our experience. First, you have understand what you're paying for, this is not a 5-star resort. Where have you ever received great customer service with luxury accommodations for $60 per night? Now, check-in was smooth, our rooms were clean and that's about it. We got what we paid for...end of story.

The price of the room was very reasonable but the room was gross. I found a bed bug on the curtain and a roach crawling in the bathroom. I will never visit again nor recommend anyone else to stay at this establishment.

Advertise fridge and microwave pool hot tub do not have any of the following. When went down for breakfast in the morning which they said they have. Breakfast consisted of dried out doughnuts and coffee . Non smoking room has been smoked in many times. Staff is very under trained and management sucks as far as customer service.

I am not sure if Lydia the Manager understands what customer services means in hospitality business today. She has constantly refused to sign a contract/explain the reason of her refusal to allow our group to the hotel for a conference. Even though she had previously agreed on a fixed daily room rate. She has refused to return calls, explained the...
