I normally like premier inn but this one wasn't the best. The room had cob webs all over the celling and dust about the place. It felt dirty. The bed was quite comfortable but that's about all that was right with the room

This Premier Inn was up to the usual high standard that I have experienced from my recent stays with this chain. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I was staying with a party of eight attending a wedding at a nearby venue and they were very flexible to make our attending the wedding a smooth operation.

Apart from trying to fathom out the heating system (got help from reception) and lots of condensation inside the double glazed windows, my trip was ok. The receptionist was very good as was most other things. More coffee items would have been useful.

I love the fact that whichever Premier Inn you go to you are guaranteed a great nights sleep in a lovely clean room. The only things I found disappointing about this particular stay - And these are fairly minor are: I was placed next door to a family with very loud children, who awoke very early - As I had...

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was not great due to heating system making loud noises. We were also situated above reception so could hear people coming and going. Also no heater in the bathroom so that was freezing. Wouldn't put me off staying here again but I wouldn't request room 103.

I stay here with work when visiting my head office. Never had any problem with the hotel and the rooms are typical Premier Inn Rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile to help you out. The restaurant / pub food is beautiful and always enjoy the breakfast. Particularly recommend the...

Took a family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were 'snug' in the room but everyone got a real bed and slept well. Staff were fantastically helpful with ironing boards, additional tea & coffee sachets, etc. Would strongly recommend the Reading South location - close to town but nicely tucked away in the countryside, very tranquil -...

It's the third time I've stayed here and again was not disappointed. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Quiet room, very comfortable and just what was required after my afternoon gig. I like staying here as it's off of the main road in a quiet area but still very close to the M4 and the price of the room is usually very...

Well what a lovely three days I've spent here. The room was clean warm and conformable the mattress is just wonderful. The reception staff couldn't be better helpful friendly and always about to answer any questions. After 3 days on a course tired and weird you were welcomed with a smile and had booked a table for dinner next door...
