The Hampton Hotel in Rosemont is a great hotel to stay at if you have to travel out of Ohare Airport or have any business to do in the Rosemont area. The staff offered great customer service. The rooms were clean. The free full breakfast offered something for everyone from waffles, omelets yogurt to a simple bagel and cream cheese or a Danish. Complimentary tea and coffee all day. Swimming pool and fitness room and a delightful patio that is open 24 hours. The hotel is minutes from The River Casino and the Fashion Outlet mall. I would highly recommend it for family or business travel. Overall, I would say great customer service, food and price.

Nice clean hotel. The guy driving the shuttle bus was super helpful and friendly. I think the hotel was pretty full but it was very quiet. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Only negative for us was the breakfast plates and cutlery were all plastic and so not very environmentally friendly.

Excellent hotel close to ohare airport, they provide a shuttle service. Accommodation is very good and service first rate, if travelling on and using hire car, this is a good place to stay, breakfast was included and good start to the day. Our shuttle was busy when we were heading to the car hire, so the hotel paid for a taxi that took us straight to the car hire. A nice touch as we were well on our way ahead of time

Fantastic hotel with excellent amenities and facilities. The location is superb. Close to the airport. Lots of places close-by for dining and shopping. New, modern rooms with excellent beds. Nice ! We have to make a special mention about 3 wonderful ladies at this hotel. They are Keyla - You made our check in so convenient and easy. You handled it well and professionally. We were tired after a long bus journey. But you put us right at ease and got our room for us in a jiffy. Love to your son Austin, who's name you have tattooed on your left arm. Visit Rome. You will love it Ingrid - The girl with the amazing nails. Thank you for all the restaurant and shopping tips. You made our life easy. It was our first time in your hotel and you made us feel at home right away. Thanks again for posting our letter on our behalf. Our friend has received it. Spacious family studio for family of 5. Kids loved the pool. Nice lobby & bar. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, new, and with comfortable beds. Enough parking and close to airport. Very effortless and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in recently. Our check-in was great with Ariana. She could tell we had a very stressful day, and comped our parking to help us with the stress. She was very kind. The front desk also gave my daughter a Band-Aid and antiseptic cream after she had a small cut. I can’t praise the front desk at this hotel any higher. They were the best. The parking is great here. There is parking in front of the hotel and in the garage. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was amazing. I thought the room was wonderful. The swimming pool was very warm and the hot tub was great. I have nothing but praise for this hotel him Rosemont.

This was a great hotel, clean rooms, great walk in shower, good location. Staff made us feel welcomed. The pool and spa were clean. Did not use the fitness facilities, but the fitness area looked well maintained. Good location.

10 minutes drive from OHera airport, free parking, breakfast can introduce better Quality and Healthy choices. The indoor pool is nice. The gym is Limited on equipments. The studio room is got good furniture, layout , clean and comfy bed, hat off for the house keeping team who apparently keeping the whole hotel spotless, There's couple washersdryers, and washing detergent vending machines on the 5the floor. Coins operated. I preferred his Hampton rather than Hilton rosmond which is located 5 minutes away. C U Around

We were so fortunate to have such a large, very clean, presentable room. The breakfast was superior as well. Wish we could name names about who provided such a wonderful experience, but we were so exhausted after checking in after midnight we had trouble seeing anything. That said, it must be a team effort, because every thing is close to perfect in this hotel.
