We had this hotel for our wedding on 10/22/2022. It was the perfect hotel for our wedding! It was affordable, we had a conference room for the bridal party to get ready in, breakfast served the next morning, affordable, and the shuttle bus guy was incredible!! He even took an extra shuttle to our venue to pick up the remaining guests past midnight. Not only that but he was up and helping serve breakfast in the morning! The staff was extremely helpful and we highly recommend.

Just wanted to give an excellent review on our stay with this IHG property. We stayed near our family to visit Thanksgiving weekend 2023. We were grateful to find accommodations for my family of 5 and our pet dog. Service was great, breakfast was awesome and very very clean property!

Mohammed the manager is excellent at check in there was mix up with payment my company made for my stay. I was from long exhausting trip getting to. Chicago. He apologized and quickly worked to resolve it. Nice newer property. Staff friendly abs professional. Close to shopping, dining . Rooms very comfortable and quiet got some good rest

We had a less than optimal experience this weekend with our stay. The room was very dirty. The walls and carpet were stained. There were cigarette burns in the carpet. There was a giant stain on our blanket. I asked for a replacement and never received it. There were liquids dripping down the wall. There were candy wrappers on the floor when we arrived, and there was a clump of hair in the bathroom. I discussed with a female attendant, but I was told no other room was available in the same category. I asked for a refund. The employee said that she would inform the manager, and "that will not be a problem." I never heard back from the manager nor did I get a refund. There were children screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours. I called to complain, but nothing was fixed as it continued for several more hours. I asked for towels two times with no response. I finally had to go to the front desk and then got 2 towels as "that is all they had available." The conditioner was empty in the shower. We asked for a few little bottles. 2 of the 4 were half used. I was also shocked and very upset that a child was able to go to the front desk and request a key for my room. The key was given to a child who was not a part of my group nor invited into my room. The child was given a key no questions asked and came into my room twice before I figured out that the front desk issued them a key. …

Pros: clean bedding. Cons: when we arrived, there were ppl hanging out by the entrance, smoking and drinking. It’s VERY dated. No attention paid to deep cleaning. Dusty. Foreign hair in shower. Dark hallways. Cut corners by refilling the soap and hair products. I know this, because we stayed at several, nicer, more up to date Holiday Inn Express’s on our trip, and all the soap was the original soap for the particular brand. The small bottle of soap (provided by the hotel) was already used. I’ve attached pics to support my claim. If you have high standards, this is not the hotel for you.

My family and I were in town due to a family emergency. We were gusts at this property for a week. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be during our visit. Mohamad was more than accommodating during our stay. The Property was quiet and peaceful. Look forward to our next visit.

Needing to get away for a few days in the middle of a pandemic and this hotel was wonderful. It was clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is closed right now, but the fitness center was available to burn off energy. They worked with me on extending my stay as needed. If I ever need to stay in the area again, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Roselle will be top of my list! Thank you!!

Thankful for a warm welcome and helping us feel safe, properly socially distanced with all the precautions in place to make our stay comfortable as we are navigating travel with continued mitigations and precautions. With 4 families from gymnastics staying they met our needs. Great spaces in board rooms and breakfast rooms to gather. Front desk staff very friendly!
