I made a reservation here to stay one night in early June. Unfortunately, I made it for the wrong night, my mistake. When I arrived late after a long and frustrating day of driving, I found no one at the desk. When a woman did appear, she told me they had no rooms available. I said I had a reservation , but she couldn’t find it. When I realized my mistake, I asked if I could get a room for that night, since it was nearly midnight and I was tired. No can do, she was just the night security and had no idea how to get me a room without a reservation. Okay, fine. I went online and made one, but then she didn’t know how to assign me a room when the computer didn’t do it for her. Multiple calls to someone later, I finally got into a room by 1:00 a.m., at which point I collapsed. When I checked out the next morning, I asked the front desk clerk if the hotel had been full on the night my first reservation was for and she said she didn’t think so. So I asked if it might be possible to get a refund, since they didn’t lose any money by holding the room for me. She said she’d speak to the manager, who wasn’t in yet, but didn’t think it would be a problem. Fast forward to today when my credit card bill arrived in the mail and I discover I’ve been charged for both nights. So I call them and ask to speak to the manager, but the desk person instead relays my request and comes back to say there’s nothing they can do because too much time has passed! What?? Are you kidding me? And she had the nerve to suggest I should change the way I bank so I would’ve known sooner! Even if that’s true, it’s none of her business how I choose to handle my accounts, and to suggest that is way out of line. If the desk person who told me in early June that she would speak to the manager but didn’t, how is that my fault? In general Hampton Inns are nice, clean with a decent breakfast, but they are definitely NOT worth over $300 for one person who stayed one night and didn’t even stay for breakfast because I was meeting a cousin at a local restaurant. So while the facility is nice, the people running it are a disaster. Also, there is a darker short shade behind the sheer over the AC unit. It’s hard to see when it’s dark outside and the shade is open, so I slept in the glare of the hotel neon sign until dawn. There are literally dozens of other hotels within walking distance of this one. Next time I will stay at one of those.

I only stayed here for one night but it was a good experience. There was a digital key on your phone, that made it easier to check in to your room. As of our visit, (September 2021), we had to reserve an hour of pool time ahead, but we were lucky enough to get the last open hour. The rooms were cozy and clean, and cable tv is always enjoyable.

Location was good as there are many choices for eating and shopping in the nearby vicinity. Staff is extremely pleasant and breakfast is convenient. I would book here again in the future. While the hotel is next to the freeway, the noise was minimal.

The desk clerk did not recognize us as Hilton Honors member, but did recognize the next guest. The cable was out, and the desk clerk said there was nothing that could be done, although not every room had cable out. Promised to recompense through Honors points, but failed to follow through.

The front desk staff are the best. The General Manager is awesome. The Rooms are excellent. The Breakfast and staff are excellent. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond Member and certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I took a last minute road trip and needed a stop convenient along to I90 tollway. There is always a risk of too close and annoying highway boise, but we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the hotel seemed. Super clean room with a great, hot breakfast early Saturday morning

Everything you’d expect in terms of quality of staff and comfort. Great location. The staff was accommodating and breakfast was adequate. My only complaint was there was no closet or hangars to hang clothes.

We stayed here during our family Christmas as we had before in 2019. Overall we were very impressed with our service despite staffing shortages due to the pandemic. The only thing I wish would have changed would have been room cleaning everyday, but they were not able to accommodate that due to staffing shortages. As always the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.
