I personally LOVED my stay here. We had an awesome suite with a 2 person jacuzzi. Was super modern & clean. Probably one of the best suites I've ever stayed in. The staff was attentive to our needs & I will definitely stay there again.

Great people, beyond friendly. They were in the process of remodeling and the pool was closed but the view of the river and their willingness to work around our needs was amazing. They welcomed our dog with open arms and accommodated the long visits with our grandchildren during the cooler weather

This place is nothing like the pictures... the place smells like sewer.. the pool is closed and the south side of the motel is closed off. The hallways are super dark and the carpets are dirty stained and horrible. Theres a drug dealer and prostitutes walking the halls and in the parking lot and hang out behind the building towards... I was on contract with a hospital in Quincy, and unfortunately my company did business with these folks. After staying here every week for two and a half months I couldn't be more excited to leave. I was probably safer sleeping in my car at a rest stop then I was here. First off, the interior view is decorated with... More

This clearly is a hotel that needs to be torn down and replaced with a parking lot for the Conference and Concert Center across the street. When we first checked in last night, the front desk clerk was babysitting her grandson. Cute idea but not very businesslike! There was no air conditioning in the gruesome lobby and the cigarette smoke... More

Honestly, the reviews almost scared me off. But...we stayed here for 4 nights during a weekend event and it was ok. The staff that we interacted with was welcoming, humble and helpful. ... Real "down home" friendly. True, the facility definitely needs updating, (only part of the hotel is in use, and the pool is not currently operable) ...but the... More

Accused us of stealing a pillow case that wasn't in the room when we got there and charged us 75 dollars. Breakfast was awful very unfriendly staff hot water didn't work in our shower jacuzzi only worked on some settings didn't leave coffee cups for the coffee maker room was dirty. I wouldn't stay here again for free!!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I'd rather camp out! The room was nasty, the shower wasn't cleaned, mold on the door frame in bathroom, cockroaches, bad breakfast, worst customer service ever, hot water was hooked up backwards, jacuzzi was broken, toilet did not flush and the shut off valve leaked all over the... My friends had there wedding there. No air no hot water. And management was rude Trish was her name. You calling guest name in front of small children. Very unprofessional. I will never step in that building again.

I was going to give a three star rating but once again the pool is not open. We stayed here last year and were told the same thing as this year, "the pool should be open during your stay". They do give you free passes to the Kroc Center in town but this is an inconvenience. Breakfast was just okay... More
