The house is beautifully furnished and the rooms very comfortable. Quality linen made for a nice sleep. Everything was very good about The Little House but what was really fabulous was how Carolyn made me feel like a valued friend. I recommend it highly. And another thing that was helpful to me, is that she accepts single travellers without having...

If you ever had any indecision about where to stay in the environs of Chippenham - then your problem has just been solved! Undoubtedly the most hospitable, charming, fun and interesting hosts you could wish to meet (and with some stories to make your eyebrows leave your forehead!) we cannot recommend Little House highly enough. All the family get involved...

The place was recommended a while back, but I didn't give it a second thought at the time, since my initial stay it has been my first choice whenever in the area. I spend most of my time staying in hotels, and choose those I do mostly because of loyalty schemes (hence no reviews). I choose the Little House because...

We have been here before and it is the best place I have ever stayed. We always get a very warm welcome. Carolyn is a very lovely lady and we think she is great. We stayed in one of the converted barns out the back of the house. It was fantastic. Very clean, tidy and warm. We had a little...

From our arrival to our departure we felt welcome at this delightful Cotswold farmhouse. Breakfasts were a feast and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation is in former farm outhouses, converted to a high standard and very comfortable.

It only seemed just yesterday when we were sitting in the cozy traditional English kitchen having a delicious tea and crumpets. My family and I weren't complete strangers to this beautiful and relaxing bed and breakfast, for we were here 4-5 summers ago including this past one. We knew the family quite well, after meeting them here as our neighbors...

We have just returned from a short stay (3nights) at The Little House in Biddestone, near Castle Combe and feel thoroughly relaxed after our break in this delightful part of the country. The village itself is really pictureque and quiet, with just a little village green, two pubs and a church and a well populated duck-pond- without even the intrusion...

We stay recently following a wedding in the village and were so please with what we found. The room was lovely and so quaint ( the granary). Caroline and her husband were so personable and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely and so much choice. If we ever had the need to stay in the area again we would stay without...

Just like the last reviewer we were at the same wedding and we were so glad we found this place. Amazing setting, rooms with superb character (I got to look in all of the outside ones as it was all my family staying) and excellent hosts. Extremely welcoming place where the owners really couldn't do enough for you. And as...
