The outside architecture of the hotel is not quite appealing; similar to Cuban communist architecture from the 1960s. However, the room are fairly spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant is very good, although service is slow. View of flamingos right next to the hotel at low tide. Helpful staff. The best option of Inhambane, although expensive.

If you decide to stay here while you are in Inhambane - and why wouldn't you? It's the nicest place in town by far - be sure to negotiate the price. We turned up laet one afternoon and were quoted the walk-in rate. We eventually bargained that down to something we thought was realy pretty affordable: but were greatly saddeneed...

I spent a couple of nights at the Casa do Capitao and would have loved to stay a bit longer. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds (a bit short though), a balcony, mosquito screens, mini bar... plus I very much liked the overall design of the hotel. The pool is large and good for a swim, the staff very...

This is probably the most expensive hotel in Inhumane, and the most luxurious as well. The rooms (suites) all have a great sea-view, and the furniture is modern and new. Really fine pool area. I only give it 3 stars, because it is also somewhat sterile and boring. Food was so-so, not bad, but uninspired and I expected better. They...

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything. Breakfast buffet is basic but good. The rooms were clean with good decorations. Wifi was limited in the room, but fine in reception area. Only problems we had were the availability of certain cocktails at the bar and items on the restaurant menu.

I stopped by at the hotel on business and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and bar a small problem with the air-con , my stay was a very pleasant one. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the dinner and buffet breakfast was delicious. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful too. It was quite empty at...

Staff very professional and attentive. Nice touches like a cold coconut drink upon check in. Lovely restaurant, pool and deck area overlooking the bay, provide for great views and sunsets. Room was well-appointed with a small outdoor seating area overlooking the bay (I believe all rooms have a bay view). Comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere though there were a...

while exploring Inhambane beach places had dinner there and the view and food is good (not outstanding). It's more of a corporate similar type of environment you can find in many common cities with a selected service.
