States on their website they have a hot breakfast of eggs sausage and pancakes they did have pancakes but that was it. They have cold cereal and about one and a half inch blueberry muffins no donuts rolls etc. milk in a gallon jug instead of individual containers they did have Orange juice, coffee, and a couple other drinks. I don’t recall what they were. Other than that the state was good although the pillows were like modeling clay, not soft at all, bring your own.

It is a quaint little place a bit outdated. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. Unfortunately our bathroom had a mold issue in the ceiling over the shower. Terrible smell! We were only there for the night so we informed the front desk on our way out. She jotted down a note for maintenance.

The staff took amazing care of our very large wedding party. Made everything seamless. The staff was responsive and considerate of our guest during the entire stay. All our guest for the wedding spoke very highly of their stay.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The Customer Service was excellent! We stayed for two weeks on a business trip and were extremely happy with our stay. Will definately stay there again on our next visit to Oswego!

The rooms are very basic, with the bare minimum, but cozy, comfortable and clean. The front desk was very accomodating to my disability and my medical service dog. . It's rustic decor sets a cozy atmosphere. The indoor pool is right off the main entrance. It looked to be clean and people were enjoying it. My grandaughter loved the breakfast, especially the pancake machine. I plan on booking this hotel again on my next visit to see my grandchildren.

This is the nicest and cleanest AmericInn I've stayed in. The facility is top notch. It's very clean inside and out. The landscaping and grass were well maintained. The parking lot was clean, well lit around the hotel and no debris in the lot They're no people outside loitering. We got here at 11:30pm and we felt safe. The lobby was amazing and a grand entrance with the mezzanine overlooking the lobby Desiree was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She has amazing customer service. She's definitely a keeper and should work in management. The room was very clean and very spacious. The bathroom was spotless. The pool was clean and not littered with dirty towels and trash . The breakfast was very nice, with fresh fruit, coffee, pancake, toast, cold and hot cereal Overall, it's a an amazing hotel with friendly service and relaxing pool. It was an excellent experience, the service was professional and the owner was great with me, I pick this place as my home at anytime I went back there. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is really clean mostly in this covid and mokey pox, this is place for anyone to visit

Our room had a king bed and it was a very nice room. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and their breakfast was very nice also. It was easy to get to their and there were eating establishments just across the road from the hotel.

Everything was great. The manager Lalit was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very spacious and perfect for getting hair and makeup done. Loved the individual decor in all the rooms. Close by to a lot of shops and restaraunts too.
