First time to the Chicago area... traffic was painful and until I turned off the roadway and into the Campus, I thought the week would be difficult. THE CAMPUS WAS WONDERFUL and an oasis in the concrete desert. Enjoy the walks and quiet area! Would stay here again (IF I ever had to come back to Chicago ;)

This was one of the most fun hotel experiences I have had in recent memory and I stay in hotels most weeks. The property is gorgeous. The grounds are stunning and the hotel is located next door to hamburger university on the McDonald's campus. So fun to go check it out. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. I...

The hotel made it right. They upgraded our room for no extra charge. We got the connecting rooms....

A wonderful place to feel like you've gotten away from the suburbs. There are walking paths all over the 88 acres. While people complain about the parking issue--yes, if it is snowing and winter, it is a 2-3 minute walk to your car--but, in the other months of the year--it's not a big deal--also, when you walk over the bridge...

Hyatt's staff and facility provided my family a wonderful venue for our mother's celebration of life. Sixty+ friends & family shared wonderful memories in the Q Room with cocktails and delicious food. Most impressive was event planning staff, especially Kelsey Kryl. Also family members enjoyed staying at the hotel several nights. The beautiful Hyatt Lodge facility afforded my family a...

I made a last minute late night booking at this hotel having been stranded at Chicago O'Hare due to bad weather until my flight the next day. I booked a Business Plan room but due to very little availability, I was given a Presidential Suite. The name maybe made the room sound more grand than it was but it was...
