My husband and I stayed here for almost two weeks while our house was undergoing renovations. We had no specific end date and kept extending our stay a day or two; there was never any trouble doing this. My husband has difficulty walking and we had two dogs with us, so we asked for a ground floor suite close to an exit, and we got one! There is a retention pond behind the hotel with an asphalt track around it which was really great for exercising the dogs. The suite was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. I dealt with a variety of staff members, and each one was friendly and helpful. The only things that kept me from giving the hotel 5 stars were the computers in the lobby. They are incredibly outdated; they don’t even support Gmail! I was trying to do some work on the computers, and it was nearly impossible. PLEASE! Update your computers! Other than the computer issue, I give everything else here 5 stars. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Good front desk staff. Nice area to walk the dog around a small pond. There is also a good bike path nearby. The pet fee is a flat $100 no matter how long you stay. This is reasonable if you are here for a few days. They also have a nice fitness center.

This is right off the toll road in Naperville. We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way to the O'hare airport. This was a very convenient place for us to spend the night on our way. The room was able to handle five which was great.

The General Manager has no customer service at all Pavel Evtimov. We had changed our stay from 6 nights to 4 nights and at the time of changing our reservations, we weren’t told that our rate would jump from 119.00 to 170.00. When I spoke to Pavel Evtimov, he was so aloof and had no concern of our situation. At checkout , I had asked him for his business card and he told me it’s there on the counter, for rude with no courtesy.
I even called Marriot Bonvoy to let them know that this hotel is carrying their franchise and should look into this. Marriot Bonvoy even tried calling TownePlace Suites Naperville but Pavel Evtimov would not consider any changes .
We had breakfast in the morning that ran late and upon arrival no happy greetings. Considering the covid situation, you would think they would be a little more appreciative when they do have customers. I didn’t use housekeeping service due too covidI and did wipe down everything upon check in.
I would not return to this hotel ever again and they need a new General Manager. I worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years.

We came back to our room at midnight to find that the room was flooded. Smoke alarms on tables, floor soaked, buckets everywhere. Some of our luggage soaked. We ran to desk, they never called us, never let us know. They put us in a different room for night, so we had to checkout and carry our luggage from 2 rooms.
What did we get for all this? They didn't charge us for the flooded room for that night.
Really?!! Should we have called health department to confirm that? My husband is titanium elite and that was the kind of customer service we received.

The hotel is typical of its class. Our room had a 'typical' kitchen area, a decent work table and a comfortable bed. The main problem is the road noise that starts early in the morning and last until almost midnight. The sound insulation is very poor so it sounds as if the heavy trucks were right outside the windows. Since it is located a couple of hundred yards from a major East-West highway (Interstate 88 west of Chicago) they should have taken a bit more care with insulating the property.

Staff is friendly, rooms clean. Lost 3 stars for broken hot tub with no resolution date. Avoid the rooms by the highway. Hole in lobby due to the ice machine leaking. No fee for packages being delivered. Simple basic rooms- had to buy a toaster.

My primary goal was to find a clean hotel so this spot met my expectations. Room was clean when I arrived and had a nice easy kitchenette (no oven in the studio unit that I had). Hotel has a basketball court and pool that both looked nice but due to my short visit I didn’t have a chance to enjoy. I’d definitely stay there again.
On the edge of Naperville so not many restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week so I can speak about all of the pros and cons. I am also very picky, so if it’s bad, I will spot it and I will write it. So, first of all, let me start by saying that there don’t seem to be any other hotels in the Naperville areas that offer a room with 2 Queen-sized beds and a pull-put couch. Most of them offer only 2 Double beds and a pull out couch or 2 queen beds and no pull-out. So, we were glad to have the room configuration they offer. The hotel is in a fairly convenient area, although not the best. It is right off the highway and there is a ton of construction going on right now which makes getting in and out of the hotel a pain. Once you are here, though, the place is pretty good. There is a Fairfield Inn right next door as well as a Sleep Inn. There is also a Cracker Barrel that is walking distance. There are also several restaurants that deliver. The hotel is not anywhere near anything else that you can walk to, so if you want to get somewhere you need to drive or call a cab.
The hotel is clean and front desk staff members are friendly. But, it seems that they are sort of short-staffed because I’ve been downstairs several times and there was no one at the desk. The lobby area is clean and breakfast is available each morning. They offer sausage, fried eggs, oatmeal, waffles – standard hotel breakfast fare. And, I hope you like fried eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and waffles. That is all there is and they don’t vary the menu at all. After a few days, it really gets old. The other issue with the breakfast is that the milk was sour. The first day I was there, a little kid came over to his mother near where I was standing and said that the milk he poured on his cereal was “chunky.” She immediately told the staff and they brought her a new container of milk. The next day, I was sitting at a table eating breakfast and someone actually vomited on his plate after taking a mouthful of the milk. He told his family that the milk was spoiled and he gagged when he drank it. He told the desk staff who didn’t seem particularly phased by it. They did replace the milk but that was it. (Frankly, I think they should have given them a free night stay or something else to compensate). After seeing this, I began smelling the milk before I used it and found that one was actually spoiled, When I told the person at the front desk, he looked at the date on the carton and said “well the date is still good.” I said “smell it.” The next thing I knew, the person who was taking care of the dining area was removing and replacing all of the milk. However, all of the dates on the cartons were the same so there is no telling whether there were others in the batch that were bad. They clearly have a problem with refrigeration or with their supplier. So, buy your own milk and keep in the fridge in your room. It isn’t worth getting sick.
One other food-related thing I did notice is that unlike some other extended stay places, they don’t offer any evening snacks or meals here. I was a little surprised by that because it seems to be pretty standard these days.
The rooms themselves are spacious and clean. There is a kitchen area that has a fridge, 2-burner stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Dishes, glasses, etc are in the cabinets. The pull-out couch is fine for kids but not comfortable enough for adults to sleep on for more than 1 night. Also, when it is pulled out, it almost hits the bedroom door – so things are a little tight but still manageable. The bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds and a bathroom. The beds are not the most comfortable and the blankets are a little thin. I brought my own blanket so it was ok, but you might need to ask for an extra if you don’t pack your own. There is a TV in both rooms, so people can watch what they want, which is nice. Internet is included in the cost of the room but high-speed costs extra. This is ok for general stuff like web-surfing but if you watch a movie online with the regular internet, it gets glitchy and sporadically stops working.
There is no view from anywhere in the hotel so don’t bother to ask for a room with a view. From our room, you could see the Fairfield Inn and were blinded by the parking lot lights at night. So, there is really no way to leave the curtains open while you sleep. There is also a lot of highway noise, so if you are sensitive to traffic noise, pack earplugs. There is no safe in the room, so I was a little disappointed with that.
The nice things about this hotel are that it is clean and it’s modern. There is a nice – sized pond right behind the hotel with a lovely path around it so you can go for a walk. There is also a basketball court outside and a volleyball court. I think you can get a basketball at the desk. And, I’ve seen lots of dogs here, so they are for sure pet-friendly. The pool area is clean and there is a hot tub as well as a pool which is 4-feet at the deep end. There is also a lift to get in and out of the pool for anyone who has mobility issues.
Overall, the place was clean and seemed to be well-kept. The rooms are a good size and modern. The Naperville are has lots of attractions and the hotel is conveniently located near several highways. Would stay here again.

Hotel Supervisor, ASHLEY was extremely rude! I had to take 30 minutes of a very busy day to dispute a $6.00 "market frozen food" charge that mysteriously appeared on my bill. The six dollars was not worth my time to call but it was a matter of principle. Ashley seem pretty pleased after I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction with her attitude and unwillingness to provide customer service at the expense of losing a customer FREQUENT hotel guest. I travel every week for business, but now I will never stay at a Marriott affiliated hotel, even if they offered me a free stay. Thanks Ashley!!! Your mannerism is that of a three-year-old.

Hi TimDE1981, Thank you for your question. We have two types of pillows so I'm not certain which ones you are referring to. Our foam pillows are Dream Surrender by Envirosleep. Our feather pillows are Down Dreamers. Unfortunately, I'm not certain where you could purchase them as we get ours through a corporate supplier. I hope this helps. We hope to have another chance to host you. Thanks, Pavel E. General Manager
