The hotel is located in a business park type area so you are within walking distance from many restaurants and businesses. Our room was clean and stocked with the typical amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. It even had paper and pen which is something I haven’t seen in many hotels lately. The hot breakfast was good, there was also yogurt, fruit, cereal etc. I found our room to be quiet with good water pressure in the shower and ample towels. There is a nice sized outside pool which was clean. We traveled with our dog and they gave us treats for her which was nice as well as a tag to keep on the door for housekeeping. I would stay here again for sure.
We stayed over the July 4th holiday weekend. We had a few families staying at the hotels as part of a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean. The breakfast they offered was great considering they had to modify their offerings during Covid. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. I want to point out the outstanding customer service by the sales manager Kimberly. She helped us out greatly finding rooms for our group (it's a thankless job finding rooms for teams). She responded to my emails so quickly, just can't thank her enough.
Hotel is great. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast was very good and staff were all pleasant and welcoming. Naperville is a beautiful town and much larger than we thought. Will stay here again.
Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and climate control worked wonderfully. Nice selection of foods for breakfast with the hot food selection changing daily. Improvements need to be made on snow and ice removal from walk ways. It snowed 3 1/2 inches one night and another inch the next. I always felt concerned that I would slip and fall.
When I book online rested for four suite rooms but when we reached at the premises we were told that there is none of the sweets in this facility and I had my four families with me at the premises we could not even change at that time I reconfirm at the booking time that I was booking for suites it was really bad experience such a disaster
No help when I needed help! I left a pair of boots in the room-my mistake, but I realized it within hours of checkout. I called, told the person about the problem, and nothing happened. I called daily for four days until finally someone said they were gone. What the heck! Their business is service, and I wasn’t asking for the moon! I’ll find a different hotel next time because obviously they’re not in the service business.
The hotel was really clean and the staff was nice. The rooms themselves were smaller than other places I have stayed. I would have liked a little more of an area to sit and be able to use my laptop in.
This was our second hotel stay since the pandemic. My wife and I never felt safer, the staff was constantly cleaning. The breakfast buffet was great with almost too many items. My hat off to the staff you could see it in their faces, they were happy to please everyone.
Clean rooms, good location, and an acceptable hot breakfast. Nothing fancy but a good place to spend a night if you are on a budget or simply don’t want to break the bank. I would stay here again if I’m in the Naperville area.
We have always stayed at this Hampton Inn when we visit family and friends in Naperville. We recognized the maintenance man after our many visits. I asked him how long he’d been there to which he replied, “25 years in September.
