Very enjoyable le experience. Pool was super clean and water was at a good temperature and clean. Great selection and quality of breakfast. Super value. Would choose to stay again and again. No shuttle from the airport was the only downside.

We stayed here for a family stay-cation. This is our second time at this location for this purpose. We like the pool. It is large, warm and nice and bright when the sun is shining. Rooms are clean and large. The breakfast had nice variety. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We liked being able to walk to the Mexican restaurant and Buona Beef, on the other side of the parking lot. 390 golf(similar to TopGolf) is very close by and much better priced. We will be back

i was in Elk Grove for my aunt's funeral, this hotel was close and convenient to my family's home. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was hot and good. will stay at this location when we come back into town

The price made me hesitant but when I arrived...what a breath of fresh air!! The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, modern and CLEAN!! I will not stay anywhere else when I come to town again!!

Misch (not sure of the spelling) of the front desk was so lovely and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about the hotel and answered all my questions that I had. The room was very spacious and it included a microwave and a fridge which are very nice touch. The breakfast was good although for the two mornings we had breakfast, everything were the same including the hot food area. Which wish they can alternate some bacon or sausages in the morning to have a variety. Nevertheless, you still have coffee, tea, juices, cereals fruits, breads and oatmeal etc. We were looking forward for the indoor pool however the water was cold. It’s a little disappointing however it for sure nice during the summer. As a Globalist, we were treated very well and perhaps we will still go back and stay here once we are in the area again. Crossing fingers they will have a variety of hot foods next time.…

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and room was very clean. The hotel was in a great area located near the hospital. I recommend this hotel for anyone needing a hotel in the Itasca/Elk Grove area. Close to stores and places to eat.

Breakfast was cold and no variety. Time ends at 9:00 and they start wrapping up by 8:50.. you will be lucky if you get a piece of bread if you get there 8:58. Kitchen staff was quite unfriendly. When I called to request a slightly early check-in (at noon, instead of the usual 3pm), Hyatt asked for a "fee". I have done that at many other hotel chains, and it was the first time someone asked for a "fee" for checking in couple of hours earlier! Lobby is so small that you can't have a small group gather there.

We had a pleasant five day stay at Hyatt Itasca. The rooms were clean and well prepared, room service was optional but the staff did change towels and took out the trash every other day. Breakfast was good value for money. This hotel is located in an industrial area so no tourist attractions nearby, which was find with us as we were there for a family event. Overall, a nice, relaxing time during a severe snowstorm in Chicago.
