Estia is a wonderful place to stay. We did the park, sleep and fly option and it could not have gone better. The room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast with coffee. Shuttle was fast and right on time. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I left my backpack in a shuttle and they were nice enough to send it back to me, saving me a long trip back. I will be going back on my next trip.

Stayed here while our house was being worked on. The room we were given was fine except for the noise, which was absolutely awful. Every car that drove by was crazy loud, and no matter how hard we tried we could not fall asleep. We had to call the front desk and get moved to a different room (which our previously sleeping toddler was none too thrilled about). The new room was 1000x better and we didn't have any issues there. If you do decide to book here, make sure you get a quiet room.

We booked our rooms for the beginning and the end of our stay with park sleep and fly. Front desk man took ALL of our information for return shuttle We did as they requested call when you pick up luggage and stay by the pick up area. First they said we weren't on schedule but driver will be there soon. 30 min later He called back, said we weren't guests. What!!! After a heated discussion and him telling me I was wrong and the confirmation number I gave was invalid he called us a taxi. 45 min later it arrived. Arrived at hotel at 9 pm mind you we called at 748.. He chuckled. The rooms are severely outdated. Too much furniture and no room for luggage. Hair in bathroom both times. I would rather sleep inmy car next time.

Room was very spacious and very clean. Hallway was clean and nice and cool. Hallway did have some missing base covering. Lobby was beautiful but unfortunately due to this hotels covid19 procedures you can't use it. Breakfast had waffles and meat options but unfortunately you can't serve yourself. You can't even get a cup of coffee for yourself. You have to eat in your room. This hotel also says do not enter without a mask but the staff don't wear them. Also a bit confusing since it was my impression that the Illinois govenor lifted mask mandate. CDC also says if you are vaccinated you don't need one. The pool not being open and covid19 being blamed is also BS. We just took a roadtrip across the USA and other hotel pools were open and fully functional. You could also get your own breakfast and eat in the breakfast areas. …

On March 1st 2021 we wanted to find a place to park our car for 6 days while we were out of the country. We had a flight that initially was leaving at 4am so we needed a hotel that had transportation 24/7 and safe. The date changed on us and the timeframe. But the front desk clerk took my call and fixed it for me. We would be needing a ride to the airport at 6am instead. The hotel was easy to find. In a safe neighborhood and restaurants in walking distance that were open for seating/dine in. So we get there.... Same receptionist I had talked to the week before greeted us. I could tell by his voice. He upgraded our room just to be nice with a suite. He was so informative on how to set up transportation to and from airport, park where ever you want it will be safe. VERY REASONIBLE and not one problem. NOT 1 !!! We got up early, walked down to lobby after we got ready and the front desk girl greeted us. Went over to the kitchen area and put 2 to go bags together for us and handed them to us. Bagel, cream cheese, banana and yougart. We were surprised, but thankful because there was no food available at airport that early and we had 3 hour wait for plane. (they suggest you be at airport 3 hours prior for international flights). Not even 5 minutes later here comes the driver. All ready to go. Took us to the airport, so very friendly and it only took 15 minutes or less I would guess. He also went over what we need to do when we get back from our trip. We get back 6 days later and we called. He was there within 20 minutes or less and took us to our car. We could not help but tip him pretty good both ways. Before we got back into our car we went in to use the restroom and we were greeted by the same man again. He was once again so nice!! Asked how everything went. This is the way to go if you are going on a trip and need to park your car. It was under $140 with stay/park/fly. Parking at O'HARE is expensive. What a great experience. I would give 10 stars if I could....…

Found this hotel gem via PSF in 2019, booked a before and night after a trip to Punta Cana! We were welcomed and felt it was a great value because of the cleanliness, staff, and breakfast provided! Sami and his staff are amazing! This trip I booked directly with the hotel hoping they get more money if there wasn’t a third party involved. Called to check on prices while driving in my car a week before travel. Sami found my info and booked me a room and emailed me a confirmation without me having to stop and look up my credit card and such! He called me back to confirm and was super helpful on a day that was so stressful. He didn’t know but I had just lost my grandfather and was tying up funeral arrangements while nailing down trip details that I put on hold while he was sick. Sami treated me like a friend and had no idea I needed that right then. We arrived the evening before our flight to Mexico and were given an amazing room near the door so getting to shuttle in the wee hours of the morning would be easy! We had dinner and a great nights sleep in a room with extra room that came in handy when we needed to shuffle some baggage around! The next morning we had brown bag breakfasts ready for us (we flew out before the film real fast service was ready)! Shuttle driver was pleasant and helpful as always! He wished us blessed travels and sent us on our way. We were in Mexico while boarders were closed do you the Covid 19 outbreak, so Sami or someone from the hotel called to check in on us! We didn’t get the call because of limited phone service but we got the message! So sweet and when we landed in Chicago, we called the front desk and Sami sent the shuttle right out for us. Since the outbreak expanded while we were gone, the hotel had to remove all the self service coffee and water bar....Sami was so apologetic and offered us cold drinks from the fridge instead. We considered staying that night as schools and offices were closed in WI. But after checking email on the lobby we knew that we had to be home early morning for a meeting and couldn’t stay. I shared photos and stories of our trip with Sami while are car warmed (it was snowing!) The hotel is super clean, warm and inviting! Great breakfast options and dinner option in the parking lot is so easy as well! The beds and toiletries are amazing! I hope we can be back soon! My kids say we should go for an over night just so they can use the pool! Haha. Thanks to all the staff for always being great! …

We have been staying here as Park/Sleep/Fly for a few years now and wouldn't change to anywhere else. They are professional, friendly, reliable and helpful. Making reservations is easy, checking in is a breeze and they take great care to be sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They check on us while we wait for shuttle, pack us a breakfast for early morning flight, and the shuttle driver is so nice, he does an excellent job. Their breakfast that is served is extraordinary-many variety of items to chose from, all fresh and delicious. Rooms are very clean as is the entire lobby and building. Our car is very safe parked here.

The entire staff was great. Check-in was easy and the gentleman at the desk was full of information. The shuttle driver was exceptional at both ends. We were given a card with the hotel information to use when we returned and needed a pick up. We were given a brown bag breakfast since our flight was so early. Great restaurant next door that gave us a discount for mentioning we stayed at the BW.
