Make sure you get an updated room. We had a really old TV that didn't respond well. The bathroom was dated and things were falling apart, and twice it smelled like a skunk was nearby. My husband came with me while I was at a school reunion. The reunion was fabulous, and some classmates got the updated rooms for the same price of our nasty old one. He was planning on watching "the game" while I was gone, but the TV made that difficult to enjoy. They promised us the first night that they would find us a better one but never followed through. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. I did like the beds, however... Very comfy. I couldn't caption the pictures because whatever I typed came up backwards... but the wallpaper was coming off, the baseboard was loose the toilet kept running every 1/2 hour, it was moldy near the tub, and paint was coming off the doors. If you stay, make sure you are on the first 2 floors. My classmate told me those were the updated ones. …
Stayed here while visiting for a family reunion...front desk staff very friendly and great breakfast..fitnessr oom small but adequate..nice indoor pool..close proximity to lots 0f activities and Ohare
enjoyed my stay, i slept great, which is rare for me. i used the pool, which was in great condition & kept clean. the waffle for breakfast was the best i've had in a hotel. my only complaint is the use of styrofoam plates & cups & plastic silverware. Radisson needs to get way more green!
The room was old. TV was terrible, back from 1990's, slow (5-6 seconds to change to another channel). I was told they would update the TV on the 2nd day, I am still waiting. Bathroom needed a complete remodel. Very old. Wall paper peeling in the shower and mold also. Toilet ran and ran and was struggling to flush
I travel ALOT and this was one of the dingiest and dirty hotels I’ve come across in a while. Was suppose to stay here for conference. Barely last one night and left for a Marriott up the street and at a better rate.
No shuttle to airport even though website says there is. Hot tub was out of order, no pool towels in the pool at any point, pool area was filthy. Could hear the music from an event being held at the hotel and it didn't stop until midnight, we were not told about it and front desk did not offer to move our room so we could sleep. When I told the front desk guy our issues he shrugged it off.
Event salon next door, there are loud parties. Just skip it it’s not worth . The staff won’t help change rooms , they answered the party will stop around midnight . Unable to sleep until party stopped
No daily room service here, like home, you make your own bed. No bedding her either. You get 2 white sheets and some sort of a pad between them. Bring your own bed comforter, none provided. Oh, you do get 4 kid size pillows in your king bed. Don't forget to hang up and dry your towels. Oh, you can go down to the front desk yourself and get more towels if you want more.
I had the best experience staying at this hotel. I found parking close to the hotel this matters because it was only 5° outside. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean, spacious, the bathroom counter had so much room a women's dream, included a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. We were having our company holiday party downstairs and we just walked a few feet and we were there. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL HANDS DOWN!!!
The room was clean and quiet. The hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated but still swimable. The breakfast wasn’t great. We stayed one night spent little time at the hotel so it was good for what we needed.
