Good location, helpful staff at front office. Room was very good nice rooftop bar. But food and beverage team need more training I believe. They doesn't know what they are serving. They served us beef with mix friderice which wasn't mentioned at the menu. Also I asked them for Confirmation as I don't eat beef but they confirmed it doesn't have beef. End of the day it was with beef. No apologize from hotel side. They charged me for that cancelled dish as well, after I asked next day while checkout they removed. No senior manager meet us, after this incident.... Horrible experience.

Hotel is clean and neat/tidy it has an homely atmosphere Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with twice a month with lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in -Angamaly , ernakulam DST Kerala we were one of the reconised person here its one of the best hotel and loungue near cochin airport .

With my colleague, I stayed in Airlink castle for about 2 weeks for an official trip. We had a wonderful stay over there and it was good in terms of hospitality and cleanliness. The staffs were always ready to help with a smiling face and made our 2 weeks stay very comfortable. Perfect stay for any occasion, be it personal or professional visit.

We had our family function conducted at the HORIZON hall. The hotel is well maintained and the services were excellent. Food was very tasty with various choices. The staff is very courteous. I strongly recommend Airlink Castle.

Great hospitality, the location is just 5 min from the airport, and the staffs were very helpful. Im a wheelchair user and the staffs able to accommodate based on my requests. The rooms are not that new, but they were clean and very well kept. Breakfast was good too. Definitely will come and stay there again.

The location of the Hotel is very good and just 3 to 4 km away from airport and its best place to stay if u have work near airport. The rooms are decent and the food is also good . Specially breakfast spread is decent and special shout out to staf Shailjen , juliya , jerry and also staff of house keeping including sruthy dhanya etc and food department jyotish bibin etc.. Also the swimming pool was good thing for passing time .. Overall perfect value for money
