I had yet another picture-perfect stay at The Gray! It started out fantastically with Alexis at the front desk giving me an ultra-warm welcome and birthday greeting. She remembered me/my name from previous stays and I received a lovely upgrade to a suite, a welcome...More
We had a really nice stay here. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the location was perfect - really easy to get around the city from here, and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we visit.More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
I'm not sure where the marathon starts, but it seemed to be centrally located for everything that we did while in Chicago. We used uber and the hotel has bicycles that you can use too. This is really a great property
