Hotel's Favourite
We were promptly greeted and given a brief overview of amenities. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable. The bedding and linens were nice quality. The views were stunning. At night, I stared from our room window in awe. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The location was a great area to walk everywhere. I would definitely return.

Love this hotel and our front desk contact Neil. We’ve stayed several times and always look forward to returning. Love the location and the rooms are so comfortable. Love the view from the rooftop bar as well.

My husband, my 2 teenage daughters and I stayed here last week for 3 nights. This was our first trip to Chicago. The location of this hotel we found to be perfect being between magnificent mile and the loop area. Was very easy to walk everywhere. We had magnificent views up the river from our rooms. The rooms are large. My girls had a room with 2 queen beds and it was very spacious. The beds and pillows are divinely comfortable. We ate in the lobby bar and also in Land and Lake downstairs for breakfast. If I had to find a negative it would be that the shower pressure could be better. That said it wouldn’t put us off staying here again, we wouldn’t hesitate. Highly, highly recommend.

Always a terrific stay at LondonHouse. Maeve was incredibly helpful at checkin - helped me combine 2 reservations (one work, one leisure) so I wouldn’t have to change rooms and was able to get two separate bills. Also gave me a terrific room which was wonderful, since I was there for a week. Location is ideal for exploring the Riverwalk, the Loop, Michigan Avenue. Beautiful rooms with spacious bathrooms, lovely lounge space on second floor lobby level. I’m already booked to come back in December, March and April!!

I have traveled to Chicago many times. But this hotel by far has set the standard. The holiday atmosphere was definitely the icing on the cake. I was assisted by Marcus, and let me just say he is a gem. Is customer service and hospitality is (chefs kiss). Marcus continue being the warm and bright spirit that you are.

It has been our best stay in the USA in a long time. Very friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We were there celebrating my wife's birthday and the welcoming by Neil V. was nothing less than awesome! We could had an early check-in and a great room thanks to the fantastic attention to details!. Had a great stay at the London House. Have lived in the Chicago area a long time and never stayed until now. Traveling for work I stay in a lot of hotels and this is for sure a high end experience. Everything from checkin, advanced elevators, room decor and amenities were awesome. The little things like q-tips in the bathroom to soft pillows and bed made me feel at home. To top it off my first night I mentioned I wish they had a snack shop like other Hilton hotels and I came back to my room the next day to a nice note and two Kit Kats waiting for me. Checking-in with Marcus reversed the energy of what had been a rough travel day. His playful banter about my favorite team made me forget that I was a frustrated traveller, and the seamless check-in experience, though simple, made for a much better day than I'd been having. Thank you, Marcus, for being salt and light! The hotel is set in an amazing location, and the room felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Soft beds and pillows are an obvious hallmark, and the view was stunning. Even the elevators are faster than expected.
