Was there Monday Feb 6, 2017 thru Wednesday Feb 8, 2017 and was greeted on our arrival by Shea at the gorgeous front desk!! I can't speak highly enough for the wonderful service that Shea and the rest of the staff provided during our stay. EVERY single interaction with anyone who worked at the Allegro was beyond expectation. Everyone was...

If you book in the hotel page, you will find good rates and promotions. It is highly recommended to subscribe to their loyalty program, because you get some perks. From O'Hare airport one just have to take the train blue line and it is one block walking from there. One can also walk to the Willis Tower, the Silver Bean...

We stayed in February 2016 for a long weekend. We thought the hotel was very trendy and chic. We enjoyed the evening wine offering as well as the lobby bar. It was freezing that particular weekend so it was also nice to sit by the lobby fireplace. The staff was helpful and accommodating and sent a bottle of wine and...

On check in we were told about all amenities and events that were available in the hotel during our stay. Staff were excellent, room was clean, and the only downside is it is a bit of a walk (20-30 Minutes) from Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier

Super close to the heart of the city and one block from the train. If you have business in this area you can't be any closer. The hotel is fun with a great restaurant downstairs. It's nice to stay in something different with a little fun thrown in on the side. Rooms are average with small bathrooms. Staff was excellent...

We only spent one night in this hotel but I really appreciate the high quality service and the wonderful decoration! The room was really tiny but this place has definitely a "soul". You can feel that you are in an old building full of history! The comfort was there, the bed was great and the bathroom was functional! A really...

This was my second five-night stay for business. My room this time was a tad bigger with more shelving in the bathroom to accommodate my toiletries. This was a HUGE plus. Traveling in the middle of winter, the rates are phenomenal for this beautiful hotel and loop location! I'm able to easily walk to and from place of business each...

I stayed two nights at this hotel, and found it to be an excellent location and value. The building itself is a classic, the rooms are traditional and nice. They have a happy hour every night at 5 pm. Best of all for me was that it was within blocks of the train, and I was able to rent a...

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the loop. It's within a short walking distance to most theaters, the opera house and six blocks away from Michigan Avenue. The blue line train is one block away which means you can go from O'Hare airport directly to your hotel for a $5 train ride. The front desk staff were...

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Beautiful decor and 5 star service all around! The beds were super comfortable (I'm picky) and decorated wonderfully. My only issue was with the room sizes. We were in a King and there is literally no room for anything. The same with the bathroom. We didn't even have enough room to unpack anything. My husband...

Thanks for the great review, Alicia! I'm pleased to see you enjoyed your stay overall and our bed was to your liking! Thanks again and we hope to see...
