We had problems with this hotel and indeed this is the second time. Reception staff appear to be poorly trained and refuse to accept when they make mistakes. Reception includes the bar and a lounge area where the carpets are badly stained. Rooms are small...More

I visited Chicago with some friends for part of the weekend for a chess tournament, and because this hotel was a whopping (or rather the opposite) $108, booking it for the night was simply irresistible. Despite the budget-esque pricing, our stay was haute, relaxing, and...More

Great hotel in the theater district of Chicago's loop. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, close to everything, and wonderful staff. Coffee and Iced Coffee in the morning and Proseco Happy Hour in the evenings. I'd highly recommend them.

Kimpton has done an amazing job renovating this grand old hotel. The common spaces are huge and gorgeous. The features are almost all updated (bathtubs seem original) and they did an almost great job noise proofing (not nearly as good as the newer hotels in...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
Hello! We offer valet services for $63.00 per night, which is valid until 7PM the day of check-out. This is a great value as it allows unlimited in and out access.
