Jones was so accommodating at check in. He graciously upgraded us to a suite and made our Thanksgiving complete. We were thrilled with the location. It was only one block off the Magnificent Miles. Bonus, there is a Starbucks on site.

My family and friends came to town from the burbs for our annual Festival of Lights outing. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I was happy to have stayed here again. The place is decorated so nice for the holidays! Check in was easy. I didn’t use valet but the ladies I interacted with were fantastic. So nice and kind. During a chat one of them was telling me about some of her favorite places close by. I wish I remembered her name as she really was great! My room was nice. Nothing fancy. However my friend paid the same price and her room was much bigger than mine just a few doors down. However my bathroom was much larger. Sadly we were so busy so we never had a chance to try the restaurant or bar there but everything looked really good. I would def stay at this hotel again. It’s nice and the location is great!…

Holiday decor was nice. Room was clean but on the smaller side given the price. Television did not work during our 2 night stay. They were unable to fix it and did not offer other solutions. We had $30 hidden fee for using food/drink within hotel that we never used.

What made my stay the best was my breakfast server, Joel, on Friday November 24th, 2023. This hotel is serving its purpose well. I choose this hotel because it’s across the street from northwestern hospital where my family member is being taken care of. During my stay, it’s been quiet and I’ve been getting good sleep. The room I’m in is clean. At Level Two restaurant, I had the Nordic salmon breakfast. It was worth every penny. I will stay here again if I ever have to travel to Chicago soon.

Loved my one night stay here.check in to check out. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel. Terrific price point. Under 200.00 for a king room during Thanksgiving week. High floor and away from elevator request was met. Early check-in without a fee. The room was immaculate. Spotless. No dust and everything in the bathroom was sparkling. They seem to change the shower curtain with each new guest. And if not, then mine was pristine. Towels and sheets white, white. Bed was SO comfortable. Sheets felt great. Remote control has plastic cover which I loved. You need a room key to access floors which is always perk to me. They also have a gym and a pool. I didnt get to use either as I planned, but love that they had both. From the ground lobby to the actual lobby to the restaurant staff, everyone was so hospitable. The restaurant manager (I think thats his title) is excellent. My server was as well). They know how to make a guest feel valued. I’m not a big fan of their menu offerings as my palate is basic but the burger was ok and everything was hot. Great house wine for happy hour. I had the red and it was really good. Nice dining/ bar space so if the menu was better for me it would have been perfect. Very quiet but I didn’t have a neighbor in the adjoining room so I can only wonder if it would be as quiet if I did. The block its on seems very quiet so I doubt there would be any outside noise. Overall, again, this is a great hotel. I checked out with ease, was asked how I enjoyed my stay, was thanked and was extended wishes for safe travels. All the things a guest should receive. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The location of this hotel is also excellent. One thing to note that if you stay during weekdays, depending on your room's direction, you may get construction noises since 8 a.m. in the morning.

I attended a business meeting for three days and the food we had for breakfast and lunch was outstanding! The sleeping rooms were clean and very quiet. The staff at the hotel were very nice and cared about how we were experiencing the hotel - they really cared.
