From check-in to check-out we wanted for nothing! The staff were ALL extremely attentive and courteous. The made accomodations and attended to my 80-yr old parents with a continuous smile. Highly recommended.
On our way home to Ky from MN after a very long road trip away from home.

Terminal 5 is the international terminal. My first arrival there was from St. Louis and so it was not the international terminal, it was basically walking outside after getting luggage and then crossing the road (jkwebb had it correctly, across from the Hilton). After our trip to Italy, we came back on an international flight, so it was a different part of the airport to terminal 5, not anywhere near our first flight. I had asked at the front desk at the Marriott where to go for our return flight pickup, and they said just to call them when we got thru customs with our luggage. It ended up being right outside the international terminal. I don't think those run as often as the domestic flights. So yes, as Bob F said above, have their phone number handy and they will be there to get you. It all was very smooth.
