I visited Chicago for 4 nights with 2 girlfriends from other locales. the hotel was wonderful, gat rooms, lovely breakfast and such helpful staff. I would commend Gene, the concierge, who helped us plan our days, recommended wonderful restaurants and reserved everything we needed.
