Top notch service from service staff. I could not ask for a better service than that as of which I received from Gisele, Guillermo and Araceli. Gisele was amazing as a host and also in the managerial capacity. I was confident every morning that I would be greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant conversation. I felt as if...

We have stayed several times (about 6-7) between Christmas and New Year's Eve, and it is the best! Old world charm, for sure! The concierge has been helpful. We had a room upgrade once to the Senator Suite! ( Bigger than my house!). I have always loved the Drake-REAL Chicago! Tea in the Palm Court is not to be missed,...

Stayed in an "Executive Room" on the on the 10th floor. The room was beautiful and spacious and it reminded me a bit of a room you'd get at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in Michigan. Service was exceptional. Would definitely book there again in the future.

Service-oriented, great location, huge room, comfortable bed. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The drake has so much to offer. A classic institution, reminds me of the Waldorf Astoria. Keep it classy, Drake!

I stayed for 2 days for a personal getaway with my husband. Fri/Sat night. Then I was there for 3 days of conference. They offered a room with a Michigan Avenue View (major street with lots of shopping). I said yes - big mistake. The traffic noise kept me up and I had to wear headphones with white noise to...

I stay here every time I travel to Chicago for work. The staff is helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are all very well serviced. The restaurants and room service food quality is incredible. It's also easy to get a cab here because it's a very well-known hotel.

I was delighted to find that The Drake is a Hilton property. Despite being an older hotel, the amenities, decor and general feel were quite modern. The bathroom and beds were clean. My room felt spacious. The staff were helpful. The layout of the first two floors is a little confusing, especially when arriving. However, once you are situated and...

We booked a junior suite with a lake view, and the picture on the Web site showed a large open room with sofa, chairs and bed -- perfect for entertaining some friends we hadn't seen in a year or two. We got there and found a two room suite that would be awkward for more than 3 people. My wife...

I really enjoy staying at this hotel its very grand. The only thing I don't like are the bathrooms. I'm very picky about bathrooms. The toilet flush is in the wall which reminds me of a public bathroom and the shower water would go down very slowly causing a build up. Also, you have to be a diamond member to...
