Just stayed three nights at the Hyatt, a large, modern hotel conveniently located near the Chicago River with its river walk and boat rides, Navy Pier, Millennium Park and shopping on Michigan Avenue. I found the staff at check-in to be very friendly and seem to truly enjoy meeting and assisting guests. We had a standard room below the level...

Just stayed four nights at the Hyatt and it was fantastic, we figured some of the reasons why this hotel is so great after we got here. For starter the hotel is 10 minute easy walk from the Lake/Clark "L" station, that means $5 from O'hare to the hotel, if you travel with a "rollie" and a bag that is...

Experience wasbt bad. But security guards were rude or either racist. Said we were "blocking" the escalator when we were against the wall. When other people (white) stood at the exact spot they did they do dnt say anything.

Friends came to town over the weekend and they wanted to stay on the river. So we chose the Hyatt. The room has a bizarre set up with a business area behind the bed, a pleather chair that really serves no purpose because do the poor design, no seating to lounge around and hang out. The AC had some problems...

Overnight stay in the city. Proximity to Navy Pier, Trolley stops made this a great place to stay. Water Tower a short cab ride and $10 fare completed our short trip. Hotel is clean with nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast package included and the buffet had a wide variety of foods that appealed to adults AND a 10 year old picky...

Generally my stay at this large but well located convention style hotel was a good one . My only complaint would be the lack of communication between house keeping and the front desk / reservations When our group checked in we were all issued a list of our rooms with the wake up call clearly marked The day we were...

Stayed here with my partner for 6 nights, the staff in this hotel are truly excellent, from check in to check out every one without exception was helpful, kind and friendly. Nice hotel with a great bar. Typical big city hotel in as much as the food/drink prices are quite high. Although the hotel did not seem overly busy, we were assigned a handicap room. The bathroom was spacious as it should be for wheelchair access, but there was a distinct lack of place to put your grooming products etc. Was...

We stayed for a night during a layover. Lobby was crowded with business people there for some meeting and looked quite corporate. But the lobby was beautiful and self-checkin really easy. Room on 26th floor was very nice and roomy. Fresh new look to the room and bathroom. Good business features such as a full feature phone, long desk, power...

Visited Hyatt Regency Chicago for a conference. Originally booked two nights but my flight was diverted to another city from ORD due to a thunderstorm.
