I have stayed here numerous times over the past (oh god, I hate to say this number) 30+ years at this hotel. My last stay was the finest to date! I cannot imagine better service and facilities at this price point. Superlative in every manner. IMO, it the workers who make or break a hotel stay. At the end of...

My husband and I stayed on the executive floor (24). Nice to get up and get breakfast down the hall. Great view from the lounge. Bad view from the hotel room 2425 (brick wall). Comfy King bed. Great shower. Need more towel hanging options. VERY nice location! Quick walk to the lakeshore. Ballrooms are beautiful!

The fine location, nice linen and comfortable beds are positive, but needing to either pay extra or go to the lobby for a spotty internet connection, sporadic replacement of toiletries, clean glasses and toilet paper over several days, and a television that stopped working and required maintenance are below the level I expect from a Hilton.

I first stayed in the Hilton some 55 years ago with my family as we traveled to the Midwest from our home on the East Coast. It was the Conrad Hilton then and a flagship hotel. For sentimental reasons, even though it has gotten very expensive, I have stayed there over the years when I have been in the area...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent stay. I am sorry for your lack of enjoyment at our hotel. I was surprised to read a number of positive reviews for this hotel. Look the location is good and it isn't horrible but I noticed a number of aspects of this property that really were confusing to me. First, room service shuts down during the day. So if you've arrived from a long-trip without lunch you can't order room service....

Great location on Michigan Ave. 25 story behemoth of a hotel. Restaurant and Irish Pub in the lobby. Wait for an elevator can be a while. Consigner floor offered snacks and free breakfast. Staff was very accommodating. Rented a small conference room for a meeting and it was amongst the worst I have ever had. $65 to valet your car....

This historical hotel is a bit outdated but still has its classy and elegant quality to it. This is definitely not one of the best Hilton hotels I've stayed, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was still a comfortable stay.

I went to Chicago for a business convention and the Chicago Hilton was excellent! Great location and staff. The décor is awesome and the Hotel has lots of history. Next to a large park that have good running trails. In the hotel the restaurants were great for dinning in.

Guestroom media capabilities include a 37 inch flat screen television, in room touch concierge panel, HCN Navigator computer and wireless and wired internet access. Following a day exploring Chicago, decompress at the largest Chicago hotel athletic club with running track, take a dip in our indoor pool facility or catch some rays on our sundeck during the spring and summer months.Located on Michigan Avenue in the South Loop, the Hilton Chicago is 1.6 miles to McCormick Place, along the Shuttle Route to McCormick Place and the first stop on the returning route from the convention center.
