While a little on the small side, this hotel was perfect for me and my husband during our vacation to Chicago this July. The hotel has a great location, cute neighborhood, close to restaurants, stores and coffee shops and is super close to public transit. The subway ride downtown took us about 15 minutes which for the cost-savings of staying...

Nestled close to Wrigley Field and lake Shore drive, this Hotel rated pretty good with us. Our experience was very good from the Valet Parking ($29.00 over night) to the front desk where the people were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little on the small side, but aren't they all in Chicago, it was very clean and...

Room ok: we were prepared for a small room, but not for such a narrow and short bed to my husband who is 6'1"! Positive: large breakfast room and guest laundry (one washer and one dryer). Good location in town. Negative: we had trouble with room safe and we had to wait morning after to get our items back.

Dear Tony A; Thank you for choosing the Days Inn Chicago for your stay in Chicago! Our standard rooms with one double bed are our smallest and least expensive rooms. Often couples book these rooms, but they are more suited for single occupancy. We agree with your tip to choose a larger room – we have a variety of queens...

Great location. Courteous staff and great recommendations for Chicago Blues Clubs. Valet parking a little on the high side but good complimentary breakfast.

Chuck & Christine, Thank you for staying with us at Days Inn Chicago. That is great that you were able to check out some of the blues clubs, as there are some great options in the neighborhood. Understandably, sometimes guests are thrown off by the valet charge. Although considering the lack of overnight parking in this area, avoiding having to...

We had a great room, beds were very comfortable and shower excellent. Breakfast was good too. The area the hotel is in is nice, with Trader Joes and other nice shops nearby. Only problem we had was the long bus ride to downtown, it takes about an hour.

Thank you for staying with us at Days Inn Chicago & also sharing your experience. We are happy to hear that our location was comfortable and convenient for you. As far as the distance to downtown from our location; depending on traffic, public transportation can take a bit longer, and obviously the bus needs to stop at each intersection to...

Located just 4 blocks from the Brown Line "L" train so it's very convenient to downtown. There are several independent stores and a few chain ones on the same street. There is valet parking for $29 a day which is reasonable for Chicago. It is close to the Cubs' stadium so it can get crowded when the team is in...
