Very convenient location - close to River Walk, Michigan Ave, a Lot of Dining options within 10-15 min easy walk. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. 26 floors, 2 elevators, the longest I waited for an elevator (on the 25th floor) was 90 seconds. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, this is a GREAT choice.
We’ve stayed in other hotels in Chicago but this boutique style hotel could not have had a better location. Walking distance to all the main attractions, fabulous shopping and close to so many fantastic restaurants. Rooms are really clean and staff was friendly and gave great service. We would definitely stay here again and we’ve already recommended it to our friends.
Fantastic location in the heart of Chicago with the best views of the Riverwalk. The customer service was fantastic. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, even bottles of water! We are very happy with our stay.
We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17, 2022. The room was very clean with an updated modern bathroom. The location is perfect near River Walk and many restaurants within walking distance. Julia and Joshua at the front desk helped us many times when we asked for advice or directions. I hope the management reads this and commends them for doing a great job. Joshua gave us great advice on how to get to a Cubs game and Julia also answered our many questions as well. Both were patient and sincere, great people.
Great hospitality provided by Mr.D served on my breakfast with polite and high service mind beside the best quality of meals and atmosphere. Fresh juices. many kind of hot drinks, clear sky views. I will came back again and agin to stay here!!
Great location. Within walking distance to anything fun in downtown Chicago. However, this is the worst Hilton property we have ever stayed at. The bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. They had one server and she was clearly overworked. 9am and they had already ran out of coffee. Be prepared to be fleeced for parking.
Excellent location and try to always stay at Hilton Properties. Staff was fantastic, however the hotel is tired and needs some updating. Starting with the lobby that is very sterile and cold. I walked into the Hampton next door which is a completely fun and inviting lobby even with a bar. Not sure how their rooms are, but would consider it next time. You are in Chicago so need to expect emergency vehicles thru the night, but felt like there was an extensive amount of that at this location. Again - just appreciate a clean room and fantastic staff. I can live without the upgrades
I stayed here for a 5 night city break. Very welcoming staff when we arrived. The room though at first appearing basic was perfect for a city break. It was very clean and the beds were as comfortable as you would get in any hotel. The main perk of this hotel is its' great location. You are within walking distance of everything, right in the centre of the city. One thing that could be improved is the continental breakfast selection but what we ate was nice and sufficient. Price in January was great value given the standard of the hotel and the location. I would definitely return to this hotel again if going back to Chicago for a city break.
Very spacious double room, great location. All at a great price too. Only downside was the queue to check in took about 40mins albeit most places have struggled with staff during the pandemic. Well worth its value for money. Highly recommend, plenty of parking next door also.
This is the place to stay in Chicago- just steps from everything! Safe and clean premises with a great gym! Rooms are clean and disinfected and bed is very comfy! All staff are very courteous , welcoming, and professional!
