I was very disappointed in my room due to the fact of the cleanliness and the linen had a sour smell like when you don't dry the laundry all the way and it mildew. I was going to request a different room but I was so tired I didn't notice the smell until the morning and it ruined off on my clothing as well. Also covid isn't over this is my first Hyatt property that obviously didn't properly wipe down the surfaces but luckily I always travel with Lysol wipes and spray.

The Hyatt Place is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I made a mistake when online booking and accidentally booked two rooms. They helped me cancel one reservation and made the check in process easy.

While visiting my family i was treated and given the VIP treatment, just for being a Guest. My friends and family were also. We thought the social distance would make us feel so distance yet we had ample space to enjoy each other and catching up on all we missed-Hyatt was our meeting place because restaurants of other choices were around if needed. Hyatt made us all feel like we were at home with lots of room to share our memories. Thank you Hyatt-we'll see you soon cause we're coming back next month, flights are already done

Hi ! I love The environment I love the hotel and the staff is wonderful I’ve been staying here now for the last pass three years. Now there is a lot of hotels right here close to the Hyatt Place but when I came into the lobby of the hotel staff was super wonderful and I said I could get used to this. so I’ve been here now three years and growing.it like going to work an coming home to family. All of the front desk staff are so helpful. They go above and beyond to give recommendations of restaurants and places to go in the area. The lady at the front desk makes great Starbucks drinks and the brownie's are excellent. The Breakfast was basic but the service is good. The hotel room was clean and when we called for service they were right there to accomodate our needs. We stayed one night at this hotel as a stop on our way to Michigan but it was well worth the stay.
