I returned for another stay at Trump the weekend before Valentine's Day with my husband. We were in the city to attend the First Look Event for Charity with the Auto Show. As always, the Trump NEVER disappoints. We were greeted at the front desk by Mollie with a beautiful smile and efficient check-in. She inquired about any plans we had while we were in the city and upon sharing, she willingly offered her help with any reservations or recommendations. The room was well-appointed and large. I've stayed in many different properties and I always "sleep like a baby" at the Trump. Their King size bed is glorious and the cover adds just enough weight to make you feel loved. The Trump staff arranged for the house car to take us to the First Look Event and Vasile was so friendly and fun. The ride was smooth and very comfortable. My husband booked massages for the next day. We received a message from the Spa earlier in the morning to come down with our provided robes and slippers. Caesar was my masseuse and he made me forget that I had children. He created a perfect, relaxing ambiance through aromatherapy and music. He periodically checked-in with me to ensure that his pressure was to my liking, but he made sure that the experience was calming and that I got the most out of the appointment. Visited the Trump Hotel to dine at Terrace 16. Jorge was our waiter and provided us with top notch service! He was very knowledgeable about all the dishes answering all the questions we had. He was on top on everything to make sure our dinner experience was the best. And the food….WOW! Food was amazing. From the presentation of each dish, adding a unique twist, to the freshness and taste, it was a perfect dinner! Oh and did I mention the view? This place has the best views of Chicago. Take some pictures outside on the patio. This place is the complete package. Great food, service and views. You can’t visit Chicago without a visit to Terrace 16.

Every single employee we encountered were professional, helpful, insightful and engaged in making our stay memorable. The concierge had roses delivered to the room before check-in and our bags beat us to the room from the valet parking! All the other guests were very friendly as well.

We stayed at the Trump Chicago to witness them dye the river green for St. Patrick's Day. It was an incredible experience! The service and facility were wonderful! Just a few takeaways from the trip: - There is a great view of them dying the river from the indoor swimming pool, and we were the only ones there! We watched in warm comfort while everyone else was freezing outside. - There is also a great view of the river from the parking garage. I didn't realize it until I went to retrieve my sunglasses from the car later that day. - We had a one bedroom suite and it was probably the nicest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a pull-out couch for the kids. It was awesome. - For some reason most of the access to Millennium Park is blocked off all day on that particular Saturday, so you are limited to where you can go. The Bean was closed off during the parade and access was limited until Sunday morning. - We didn't get to enjoy a meal at the Trump restaurants, as everything was booked for the weekend. Fortunately we had some leftovers that we could eat in the room. The downtown area was a mad house all day! - I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the downtown area was. There was no trash and everywhere we went felt very safe. - There was a Rolls Royce and a Porche parked in the two prime parking spots in the front of the Trump Hotel. Next time I need to bring a $250k car instead of my 2015 Tahoe if I want a good parking spot.…

While the tower may shine brightly over the beautiful Chicago skyline, the real stars are the staff. Jose, MK, Mollie and others went out of their way to make our stay truly exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful room. Throughout the entire stay, even during the busy St Patrick’s Day weekend, we were always checked in on to make sure our stay was pleasant (usually while walking in or out of the hotel). We were shocked at how quickly the response time was from the staff when we asked for a few extra blankets to be brought up to the room (seemed as if it was only a few seconds of wait time). The room was completely clean, down to the finest detail. I truly look forward to every stay at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot give enough credit to the top tier staff. Highly recommend!…

Best hotel in the world! I always stay here when in Chicago. Restaurant is wonderful. Compliments to Alex who was our server. Also to the Chef who is very creative in preparing vegan options. They also have the best gym. The desk staff and room staff are superb.
