Ray's Bucktown Bed and Breakfast offers three feasts at once: for the tummy (culinary creativity every single day), for the eyes (a stupendous collection of antiques and photographs), and, above all, for the heart: the friendliest atmosphere one could ask for anywhere. Every guest is offered an equal affection and respect. We have repeated our stays over and over!

I stayed here for 3 weeks with my dad to have rhinoplasty in Chicago. Ray was an excellent inkeeper and he gave me a discount for staying so long. I will stay there again for a postoperative check up.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is so nice. The selection of food for breakfast is amazing. Best Eggs Benedict I have ever had. If there isn't a room available at Ray's, then we'll stay home!

The place is great, its clean and the bedrooms have good size. It is located in a great neighborhood and has a good location, 5 minutes walk from the CTA station and with Uber is US$5.00 from downtown. A very good option for a different experience than the regular hotels.

Came to Ray's our 20th wedding anniversary this past weekend. Made last minute reservations, and took the Flamingo room. We wanted a jacuzzi tub. Room was small but bed and bedding were very comfortable. Jacuzzi shower and tub were great. The made to order breakfast was delicious, I recommend the Blueberry pancakes, which were amazing. They let you pick what...

We loved everything about this B&B. Friendly, helpful and knowledge able staff, within walking distance to public transit, restaurants and bars, free parking, freshly cooked breakfast at whatever time you choose, clean and comfortable rooms. I will recommend this to everyone I know that is going to Chicago and will stay here again. Only a 20 minute train ride to...

Greatly enjoyed my overnight stay. Staff was polite and professional. Room was comfortable and clean--all that I could ask for. Had a wonderful breakfast. Hotel has lots of interesting artifacts, collections. Neighborhood appeared safe. Television didn't work properly but that didn't spoil my stay.
