Although the place was nice enough, it wasn't great. The location is great. It is on Michigan Ave and is very near the river. So, A+ on location. I had made the reservation on expedia before I realized my sons were joining me. In order to upgrade to get two beds I had to pay an additional $86.00. Then, had...

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we walked away asking why we don't stay their more. This trip we were attracted to it with a special $10 rate on parking. The hotel was very clean and all of the people were great and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the wifi worked great too.

We had two rooms for one night. The location for us was great. Bed very comfortable. The temperature in the room was 74 the entire night! We did not sleep because it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. We did tell the front desk in the morning and they said we should have turned the thermostat off. If...

Paid an arm and a leg and was not impressed. Not even close. Rooms were worn down looking, not a good selection of food, parking was outrageously expensive. No vending machines. Just awful. Will not go back.

Stayed there March 7th, 2017 and it was a nice, fun hotel in a great location by the Willis Tower, but needs some obvious improvements! There is only half a shower door pane of glass so when you take a shower, there is water splashed all over the bathroom floor! There is supposedly a fan in the bathroom that automatically...

We had a great time in this hotel. We got a promotion so we only paid $89 per night in a king's size room. And I am rating this stay according to that price. We parked our car across the street and parking was $49 per day, so if you are traveling by car you should keep that in mind....

You can't beat the location nor the music. Our room was very comfortable. The location is great, we didn't use our car all week-end. Non-chain " inexpensive" chain restaurants for breakfasts do not exist in this part of town. We used the workout room and had drinks and breakfast in the lounge. We parked around the corner for about 1/2...

My boyfriend and I only live 30 minutes from the city but we like taking mini getaways close to home. This hotel was awesome and by all the touristy things we always see but still enjoy! The staff was just wonderful and friendly. The views are amazing as well!

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Chicago. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Lobby and room decor was average. Restaurants attached were a bit limited on selections. There is a spicy Jamaican, and and a small restaurant in the back. Location was good right on Michigan Ave just a short walk to big...
