I think this hotel is a small jewel in a sea of big chains. The hotel and staff have abundant personality, rooms are clean, clever in design and comfortable. Staff are knowledgeable and responsive. Great place!

Despite been allocated a neighbourhood room when we had reserved lake view rooms, I would still recommend this hotel. Having arrived very late (11pm ) staff handled our complaint to our satisfaction, but involved changing rooms the following morning. Rooms were comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Showers were excellent. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Chicago.would have...

Thanks for your honest and thorough feedback NeilBraUK. I am sorry things did not start off on the right foot, but glad to see the remainder of the trip was uphill from there. We would love nothing more than to have you return and stay in the room you were initially promised so we can try and earn 5 stars...

Parking was just a 3 min walk. Many outdoor sites within walking distance. Around the corner was shopping. Great decor in the reception area. Felt safe. Plenty of outlets in the room. Good internet connection.

I stayed here for a week on the 12th floor for business. Located directly across from Lincoln Park, there was a fantastic view of the park and Lake Michigan from my room and the sunrises were spectacular. Being an avid cyclist, I brought my bike and could cut through the park each evening to the Lakefront trail giving easy access...

Great hotel for traveling with pets. Nice location in Lincoln Park withing walking distance of many places. Park across the street is great for walking the dogs. We had a corner room next to the stairs so it was reasonably quiet. My daughter's room (next to ours), had a noisy neighbor (screaming toddler and big barking dog). We heard a...

Outstanding front desk employees. When I checked in to the hotel front deck customer service agents Charlie and Michael went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. They found out that I love Diet Coke and cheese and arranged to surprise me by having both in my fridge for me. Exceptional!!!!

This is a terrific hotel and a wonderful value. I've stayed here at least a half-dozen times and never had anything but good experiences. The rooms are small but attractive and the location can't be beat as long as you don't mind a bit of travel to some of the major tourist areas. Rooms with a view of Lincoln Park...

While we initially chose this hotel due to its proximity to Lincoln Park and the Lincoln Park Zoo, we were blown away by the family suite option and staff. The main room had an oversized closet, a king bed, a desk and a couch sitting area, along with its own bathroom. Immediately adjacent was a kids' room having bunk beds,...
