Only a few blocks walking from Michigan Av and close to subway. Rooms are small but night rate is below average if reserved early. Front desk is very helpful and handouts available (are restaurants, attractions, etc). One issue though: Nobody from front desk had told me anything regarding downstairs lobby where you can have free snacks and access to internet....

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past few weeks (and the Manhattan property as well). The rooms are small...but they are well appointed with luxurious bedding and an interesting decor. The common areas are exceptional and the automatic coffee machine makes fantastic coffee. Staff is terrific and helpful. A great hotel.

Perfect location for all the shopping. There's only valet parking and they were not so courteous. Our room did not have 2 beds, so you have to request extra bed if you need one. Other than that, rooms are clean and spacious.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room(more like a two bedroom condo), and the amenities, especially the discounted parking only one block away(parking is always hugely expensive in downtown Chicago). The staff did everything in their power to make our stay as pleasant as could be, we were especially impressed with a young man named Roman, who always went...

the hotel is very nice with easy check-in and lovely common spaces. The rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities. Unfortunately my stay was during a season change when the heating system had been turned on but it was still very warm outside. Resulting in a room that was too warm to sleep comfortably. Turning the thermostat down did...

I had a very good stay in this hotel for a 5-day vacation in Chicago. It is ideal in terms of location, just blocks away from major transit lines, that enable you to get to virtually anywhere you want to go in the city. It also felt very safe to me, in terms of coming back at night. It's within...

I stayed here just a few days ago for a business trip. The only reason I chose this hotel was that other hotels closer to the office I had to go into were booked solid. So I was pretty much left with Club Quarters, which I have never heard of or ever stayed in. I can't say anything about service...

My husband and I were running the chicago marathon and wanted to pick a hotel within walking distance of the start. I normally wouldn't pay more than $200/nt for a hotel but this was worth it! The hotel itself is nice, clean, and surprisingly big rooms but nothing special. The staff was extremely nice! Overall with this hotel you are...

Apart from a great location (Blue Line to O'Hare around the corner) this hotel offers comfy rooms. Nice beds, contemporary room decoration and excellent service from staff. Has a starbucks nexdoors and their own Elephant & Castle for a nice breakfast or dinner. When I made a remark about workmen knocking on a wall in adjoining room at 7 am,...

If you are a business traveller and your office is in the Loop, this hotel affords a nice location, reasonable prices and great staff. The room is clean and neat - don't expect 5 star but for the price but the linens, bathroom and carpets are clean. Definitely beats some other higher priced hotels i've stayed in before. The staff...
