Room was decent and reasonably clean though the bedskirt was stained with questionable drips. Staff was friendly. But they only clean your room if you request it. You can’t call the front desk or ask a housekeeper. You have to go down and stand in line so someone can write your info on a sheet of paper. I ran out of toilet paper and towels. Not a great experience.
I had such a great time in this hotel ! My family and I visited the hotel for my cousins wedding in July. Because of this we needed to arrive earlier than the scheduled arrival time. I called the hotel in the morning and they were extremely helpful in ensuring that we would be able to do an earlier check in. Not only that- but at check in, the lady that I spoke with on the phone even remembered who I was (as we spoke on the phone together) and was extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she is definitely an assest to the team. The hotel was clean, quiet and and in a perfect location in the city. As a fellow team member in Germany- you guys are definitely upholding the Hilton standard and leave every guest feeling as if they are at their home away from home! Every team member there goes out of their way to make sure that every guest is having a 15/10 experience. Thank you so much for making my last days in the States one to remember !…
My wife and I were exhausted coming in after shooting a 10hr wedding together. We didn’t have our card to head up in the elevator Darryl was nice enough to help us get up and gave us waters he was so positive I had to leave a great review about him! The stay has been great and he just made it that much better with his great customer service skills and positive energy and big smile!
So let me get this straight.........I'm an hilton honors member, I paid almost $800 for 3 nights and your policy is that if you don't stay more than 3 nights, no housekeeping service? Really? Bad enough I only had 1 trash can, ac/heat won't cut off when you turn it off and room smelled like mildew. Very disappointed with this hotel
The hotel was great. Good amenities and friendly staff. The hot tub wasn't working for us, but overall great. I'm especially thankful to the security and cleaning staff. I left a very important family item in my room after check out. I called the desk and was forwarded to cleaning/security staff. I spoke to the supervisor, Brandon and he was amazing. His staff understood the importance, check the room, found my item and had open communication with me. I drove a few hrs to pick it back up. They had it safe and sound. They didn't disregard my issue and were extremely pleasent and understanding to me. I applaud them and recommend their Hilton Garden Inn. They were top notch staff. From Brandon (security) , to check in staff Lee and all. Thank you very much. A. Jackson
Our family if 4 had a two queen room on the 27th floor, with a partial view toward Lake Michigan (picture out the window attached). Picture upon arrival of the lobby, in the room and bathroom also attached. Picture in the restaurant & bar is also inserted. Breakfast is not included at this Hilton Garden, but the downstairs restaurant was good. This Hotel is a very easy walk across Michigan Avenue and RR tracks to the lakefront, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, & Soldier field. From the airport we took the Blue line to the Lasalle station and walked about 20 minutes to the hotel.
We stayed for one night during Lollapalooza. For a large event happening and the hotel being sold out, the staff here did amazing. We got into town early and we’re able to get our room early. The room was very clean and appears to have been updated recently. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and the view was great. A little bit of the city and the river and we never closed the curtains. It was really nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to several places to eat which was convenient and most of the things we did weren't really far.
Went to Chicago, IL for MAS-ICNA 2021 it was a nice place to stay right close to downtown. Right outside there is a bus station, and CTA, takes you right to downtown and to McCormick Place. I would stay at this place again.
I decided to take a solo trip, & I had an amazing experience. I did end up going to West loop a lot however being located in south loop but urbers were very helpful. overall loved the staff, room & overall stay!
