We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, loved the location near the waterfront and also near the great restaurants/shops of Andersville.
Don't hesitate to book.
Great communications with owner before we arrived and very private once we were there
I spent the night here while in town for work. Place is great - better than a hotel. Stayed in one of the studio apartments and it was very nice and modern and clean. Owners are super nice. Kate saw me fumbling around with my...More
Our first (& hopefully not last) visit to Chicago and we found Magnolia Studios was an excellent place to stay and left a great impression. This B&B ticks all the boxes - spotlessly clean, private - overlooking the garden and very comfortable. Liked that they...More
We visit Chicago often, both of our children live there. This is the best place we have found. We were there in cold weather and were comfortable. Kate is easy to work with and not intrusive. We had a garage which is great in snowy...More
Great find. We stayed in Studio 1 and had a great 6 nights. Two adults, one 7 year old and just the right amount of space for all of us. Very comfortable and quiet. The kitchenette was fantastic, enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water, and...More

Hello, thanks for yours and on street parking is free and unlimited which means that it does not require a permit and there is no time limit. But, spaces are not allocated specifically to guests, it is regular street parking and so spaces have to be found as they become available. You can usually find a space pretty near to us, but sometimes it can get a little busy at the end of the day when people return home from work. I usually say to use street parking if you're coming in and are going to park up and use the car infrequently. If you're going to go use the car a lot though and go in and out every day, particularly at busy times, not a bad idea to rent the garage for an additional $10 a night. It's right underneath the studios and is super convenient. Finally, there's a small municipal parking lot right by us which is free at weekends, so that's another free option if you're coming in on Friday and Saturday nights. Let me know if I can help more, I'd be happy to. Thanks so much again.
