We love Four Seasons hotels. They set the bar in terms of service and accommodations. The Chicago Four Seasons did not disappoint. It was just an overnight stay, but the room, the staff, everything met the high expectations we have set for these hotels.

The position, the people, the rooms all make for a perfect Chicago experience. This was my first trip to Chicago and the people at Four Seasons have ensured it won't be the last. They were perfect in every way. I can't recommend this property and the lovely people highly enough.

The room was beautiful and so was the view. Being on the 45th floor was a challenge as the winds were very high the creaking was very loud. I think the registration staff should have warned about that in advance rather than having to find out on ones own. Ear plugs are a good idea, but not very efficient.

Well appointed & maintained facility with attentive & polite staff. Location is second to none for shopping & dining. Amenities are very nice. First place I'd consider staying on a return trip. Views are great as rooms range from the 31st to 46th floors but would recommend lake view for the price premium. Not the newest hotel around but well...

The hotel was gorgeous. Newly renovated, clean, beautiful. The my upgraded us to an executive suite which was beautiful and spacious. We got a massage in the spa which was great as well. The location is perfect.

We spent Easter here and had a wonderful stay in an executive suite with lake view. The views are inspiring! The room is very nice with two large windows with window seats. The bedroom is comfortable. Bed was wonderful. I found the d for in the living area a bit uninspired. Bathroom is very small.

We were so happy with the location. Service. Pool and spa. Rooms. Everything. Concierge so helpful. Snacks and nice notes left in our suite every night. Very quiet. Beautiful views of Chicago. Wonderful restaurants close by.

We stayed one night for a conference. Had a beautiful lake view room with a very comfortable bed and roomy bath. The turndown service even straightened up the mess we made when we dressed for dinner! I love this hotel!

The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago was overall a wonderful experience and the level of service was very professional, efficient and friendly. The food was fabulous and it was a joy to have this as the centre point for my dear friends wedding. Thank you.

My mother and I stayed in room 3909 last weekend and could barely sleep because of the very loud creaking noise. We had to work in the morning and unfortunately felt like zombies having not gotten much sleep. When we checked out, the staff said that there was nothing that they could do because it is the wind. We even...

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
