I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, its great. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Getting there and parking is a breeze. The views from the rooms are spectacular. And with its location getting to anything downtown is very easy. I...More
I don't write a ton of review but my last two stays here have been great - and I wanted to let everyone know. Over the course of the last 45 days, I have stayed here twice; once for work and once with my family....More
Location of the hotel is great, you get some amazing views from higher rooms. I really liked the pool which is like on the top floor and gives you an amazing view over the city.
The breakfast is a bit hidden away in the basement,...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
As far as I know, all guests can use the pool, etc. We have stayed there many times and you just take the elevator to the top floor and get off. Its for everyone. We stayed there last summer and it was still the same policy.
