Price is great for the location. But hotel is a bit dated. Big rooms and awesome to have a separate shower!! Great views of city high rises. Food for conference was horrific! How do you make vinaigrette dressing gross? Helpful staff. Overall slightly above average but not the best ever. Lots of sirens...fire dept is across the street. I got...

This lovely hotel is such a pleasure - an oasis after battling the crowded lobbies elsewhere. It is large and has every amenity, but it seems quiet and comforting. People who work here are not obsequious; they are just helpful and kind. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. It's a great location, too.

The room at the Fairmont was spacious and the bathroom had separate shower, tub, and toilet. The view across two parks and Lake Michigan was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fairly expensive and the staff seemed stretched. Having stayed at a number of inns recently that provide many items the Fairmont seemed a bit lacking...

I stayed at the Fairmont for three nights. It's a high-rise, but I was assigned room 511 and the view was awful - staring at the roof and into nearby apartments. The configuration of the room was really odd and the TV was mounted on the wall at a 45 degree angle to the bed. The temperature controls in the...

This property is located in a great place (across from Maggie Daley & Millennium Park). Not too far from the southern end of Michigan Avenue. I recommend staying at this property but not depending on the place for all of your Chicago needs. The drug store across the street is convenient and the indoor connection to the office building is...

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend one night at the Fairmont. But we'll be back. The room was incredible. I love a good hotel bathroom and this was my favorite...ever. Both a shower stall and a tub. And a privacy door for the toilet. Outside the bathroom, a mirror and table that worked well for hair and makeup. Nice...

This hotel has great staff and a nice location. But it is about as interesting as your average Holiday Inn and the WIFI is expensive and horribly slow. (They run two rates, slow and premium.) My phone was faster. I would stay here only if I found a really good rate. The work out area is dismal.

This is one of 2 hotels we stayed at in Chicago. I liked the location in that was close to Millennium park (just around the corner). It is also across the street from a CVS. It is a little walk to Magnificent Mile, but not horrible. The property has been updated and I really liked the layout of the room....
