Clean hotel, the room was clean and quiet, some of the lights did not work in room, but ok, the room was quiet and the water was hot, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, the breakfast is additional cost if you don’t get the package , about $15 bucks, it was your standard small Buffett, eggs, bacon, sausage , yogurt , oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, fresh fruit, waffles, juice , coffee, attendant was very warm and welcoming . Easy location if staying around the airport, would recommend
I stayed here 2 night on my way into town and out of town. When I arrived, which was around midnight, there was a gentleman in front of me checking in and it was a pretty long wait until my turn. When it was my turn I had said I was already checked in and needed a key to the room because my phone was going to die and I didn’t want to get up there and not use my digital key. The lady behind the desk, then rolled her eyes and said, if you know you’re going to need your phone to get in the room then maybe you should keep your phone charged. Then acted as though giving me a key was such a hassle. I had then asked if they were still giving water, since I had just gotten off a 5 hour flight and nothing was open at midnight. She replied back with yes she can grab me one then proceeded to grab a water but on her way the lady security guard asked her where she was going and said “oh the privileged Diamond guest would like a water” clearly not knowing I heard her. It wasn’t worth it to make a fuss, but night unacceptable.…
Had Ramiro as our server in the restaurant. He was courteous friendly and most helpful!!! Ask for him next time you’re there. Look forward to coming back for more great times!!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Had a great dinner and Ramiro was a great waiter. Highly recommend the flatbread! The bar is comfortable and there are a lot of TVs. Also the gym here is excellent. I have also had the nachos and they are excellent.
I have been using the Doubletree MDW for business stays consistently for the last few years for 3-4 times per month and the staff here is excellent. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet, but where the hotel really shines is the sports bar downstairs (Coaches). The food is very good and the staff are even better, particularly DIANA behind the bar. She goes above and beyond and does such an amazing job taking care of her customers. People at the bar are constantly surprised by her hospitality, can-do attitude, and her sweet disposition. They get all kinds of customers including the weary, wayward travelers whose flights are cancelled, etc., and even though they come in frowning, they always leave smiling from the great food and service they receive at Coaches. As someone who spends A LOT of time on the road, take my word, the hotel and the restaurant/bar are 5 stars all the way!!…
Checked in after dinner for an early morning flight. Took our warm complimentary Doubletree cookies to Coaches for a beer and a cup of tea. Ramiro waited on us and treated us like old friends. Our room is great and you can’t beat the Park n’ Fly package. Would definitely stay here again when flying from Midway.
This was a great hotel and staff. Very clean and nice. If you have Hilton Honors or American Express Platinum you will have to ask of you are to receive any perks. I forgot to ask but they didn't offer.
After researching all of the hotels in the area, I narrowed it down to DoubleTree, and I am so glad I did. It was very clean and updated. The entire hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in our room which is always helpful when trying to cut costs on eating out. We used the laundry services for a family member that has been staying long term in a local hospital with another family member. The laundry room was clean and convenient. The pool area was large and our little ones had fun. I will stay again for sure.
Hood hotel. This hotel really supported guests and cut through the COVID BS rules that many businesses fell victim to. Clean hotel and nice rooms. If I had any complaint it’s that they are wasting money on security. If anyone is looking for her, she’s sitting on a piece of furniture on the 4th floor FaceTiming people. Serving and protecting and stuff. What a waste of money.

To my host in the breakfast buffet' teresa' was on point.Darnell the cook was fantastic the food is great and a good place to stay and rooms were clean.Jasmin' the multi tasker' was friendly and the clerk at front desk 'heather was a little too' pushy when i ask for cookies for my family of 4 which was unusual at Hilton i have stayed at many Hilton properties and that was a first. The pool was too cold and i talked to front desk about it.the overnight front desk clerk was very helpful and made sure the coffee was ready in the morning. Her name was Mary' great person and helped me with my things to doo list.
